Decent hot chocolate but delicious chocolate and with so many flavours! Prices were decent and not outrageous. I took some goodies home and bought gifts for family. Enjoyed the caramels.

Our party of 6 stopped during a tour of NYC. The atmosphere is quaint and the service was good. I had the most amazing white chocolate chai tea! Several of us ordered flavored coffees and hot chocolates. All the beverages were extremely hot and extremely rich. I liked mine better after cooling it down and thinning it out a bit.

I love chocolate! The chocolates at Jacques Torres are excellent. Just returned from a trip to New York City and made a point of purchasing some of their chocolates at the East 57 Street location with the intention of bringing them home with me. Suffice it to say that they were all gone before I had even reached the airport.... More

I set out to find my fav CCC (that's choc chip cookies for you non-cookie lovers) in NYC. Jacques ranked at number 4. That's out of over 30, so that's one delish (yes, I used the word delish) cookie. Will be back!

Without question, Jacques Torres sells the best chocolate chip cookies in the city (well, I suppose I haven't tried them all, but I really doubt these can be surpassed.) I usually get mine at the Chelsea Market branch, though I've also stopped at Chocolate Haven when I'm in the neighborhood. They're also a very good deal (compared to the delicious... More

Expectations were high and everything I tried was excellent. "Wicked" chocolate, in bars, in ice cream, in toffee and as a beverage was one of the most complex and delicious things I've ever eaten. An assortment of traditional bon-bons was wonderful and utterly French while many of the house specialties are resolutely American, chocolate covered cornflakes and pretzels for example.... More

Had the best warmed up chocolate mudslide cookie I have ever tasted! I would definitely recommend it. A great range of chocolates are also offered, although they are a little pricey. Nevertheless, this is definitely a chocolate store worth checking out.

By far the best hot chocolate I've ever tried. Delicious without being too rich.... I actually managed to finish the whole drink. And went back for more a few days later!
