Tickets are overly expensive for a show at 3pm on a Sunday. The matinee should be cheaper. Bag checkers are strict with outside food and drinks so just don't try. Finding our seats which were ZZ were not a problem. This row was great. We were on the end of the row so we didn't feel cramped, close to exit,... More

We saw the Lion King here. Enjoyed the show and had a good experience with the theatre. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Had no issue with the restrooms.

During our stay in NYC we came here to watch The Lion King. Staff were sometimes a bit rude, especially security before the show. Seats were quite crammed in to but guess this is the norm with most theatres! The show itself was spectacular and we enjoyed it very much! Can't comment on food/drinks/toilets as we never used them whilst... More

Forget about trying to use the restrooms during intermission. There is not enough room for patrons to orderly get to the bar for refreshemnts. However inside the theater I was very pleased.

Overflowing tiolets, long lines, rude staff. A run down theatre. If it was at Dinsey, it would have been condenmed 10 years ago. How Disney could allow their brand to be exposed in this fashion is beyond me. I will cancel my next group of executives who are planned to study world class service a-la Dinsey. The lion king was... Okay so the staff weren't that nice but the play and the decoration were amazing and awesome. It was so cool. If you're going to see a broadway show let it be this one!

Awful, rude, staff at this teater. The staff started arguing with a boy and his dad who had left a seat between them. They didn't want to move together since the seat was for the boys mom. But the staff went on yelling about for two minutes before they listened to what the boy actually said to them. And when... More

Theatre is great and beautiful, this show was $79 each for nose bleed seats and the artists are incredible acrobats but I figured with a name associated with Cirque Soleil it would be better. I did not feel it worth the cost.

What was more memorable than the Lion King show was the theatre staff who were both rude and offensive. In their attempt to quiet patrons, they were disruptive and extremely distracting. They treated the guests like they were in Catholic school and any peep out of them was unacceptable. I might mention that the youth they were targeting were not... More
