Just saw Aladdin and it was great! The Genie is the clear star. My 5 and 9 year old boys thought it was a super fun show. The theater was beautiful and while a lot of reviews complained of tight seating - I personally thought it was fine. I've been to several theaters on and off Broadway and this one... More

Beware: if you purchase a balcony ticket, you will have ZERO leg room. it makes airplane seating look spacious by comparison. I am just letting everyone know because I wish I had been forewarned. Other than that, there is not a bad view in the house!

Went to the New Amsterdam Theater to see Aladdin and enjoyed a great show. We went for a 2pm matinee showing on a sunny winter Sunday and had no wait upon entering the theater. Overall the theater is satisfactory; however the seats are a hit or a miss. We had mezzanine seats; but the one I had was a bit... More

We were so excited to take our boys to their first Broadway show. The performance of Aladdin did not disappoint. As for the theater: - The staff was very friendly and helpful which is what led me to give a 4 star rating. -They provided cushions for the kids so they could see better. - The rows are VERY close... My wife and I went to see Aladdin at the New Amsterdam in November. It was a chilly Sunday afternoon and we went to the 2pm showing. There was quite a long line to get in (literally from almost the corner of 42nd and 7th and there was another line coming in from the other direction) but the line moved... More

I took my girls last week to watch Aladdin and it was great fun. My girls had a blast. The Genie is the best part of the show. I'd watch it again!

Disney has brought Agrabah to life on stage. Really high quality production that had me bopping along to all the songs and totally gripped from the outset. Special praise for Jaffar (original voice from the film), Iago and the Genie– who pulled out all the stops. I would have watched it again and again given more time. It’s that good!... More

The alladin show is very good but seats are very uncomfortable. Not enough leg room inbetween seat rows and not relaxing to sit at all

First, I made a big mistake booking my tickets through Broadway.com. Lesson learned. I usually book through ticketmaster which would have been much cheaper (I checked later). I purchased mezzanine seats for myself and my daughter. Our view was great. The show was also great. The staging and sets were quite impressive. No one could replace Robin Williams in the... More

We spent 400.00 on 3 seats which is a little expensive but then the seats were so uncomfortable there was absolutely no room to move . We are not overweight people luckily or we could not have sat in those seats. We asked the ushers and they said they could not help us those seats should have a disclosure on... More
