We met some friends who joined us in NY from New Jersey. After a swell lunch at Katz's Deli we headed to this movie theater mainly because we'd visited last year an like the homey atmosphere and the upscale movies. Turned out we were off the mark because the place we went to wasn't offering the movie we wanted to... More

This is the first Imax film I have seen so have no comparison and I thought it was amazing. It was fairly busy and the atmosphere was good. We saw Jurassic World and could not believe how the 3D came out of the screen. At the end everyone was applauding and unlike in the UK people stayed in their seats... More

I have been going to this IMAX about 2 times per year for the last few years. The screen is huge, biggest I know of for movies. The problem is the screen is too close to the seats. If you sit at the very back, i.e., last rows, it is OK, but even then the screen should be a little... More

A very busy Sunday night at the theatre with an almost sold out audience to see Selma. This AMC location gives names to its theaters rather than numbers. We were in the King theatre. Even thought there were lots of people, lines moved quickly, even the concession line. Ticket prices were higher than expected, $14.99. While it was cold and... More

We went to see a movie on the IMAX as part of our 20th anniversary trip. There was some issues with our ticket booking because we had to make changes the week before. The staff in guest services and the manager (or supervisor) was fantastic in helping us sort out the problem and got us a really unique experience for... More

For cinephiles, Nolan enthusiasts, and sci-fi fans a $20.00 visit to Manhattan's Lincoln Square immersive and enormous IMAX screen where Interstellar, the terrific and sentimental mashup of family values, dystopian visions of the future, and the space-time continuum is astounding and baffling audiences is a super deal. Given the price of entertainment today a thought-provoking almost three hour journey through... More

This is a real fun theater. Great long escalators take you to the top floor for the Imax theater. Clean, smells good and pleasent staff. The movie you see is up to you but doubt you will find a better venue with a great sound system. Be prepared to spend lots of money on popcorn, candy and soda.

I wanted a place to retreat and watch movies and had fun at this theatre. The line could be pretty long, so you need to get there at a good time. I guess before evenings at weekends.
