Been a long time since I was at a circus, and my 9 and 13 year olds never been too, so I decided to take them to this show in Bridgewater NJ. What an awesome experience. They run a nice small circus production, from the time you enter, the concession area, and then the arena area itself. Not a bad... More

The city with more thrills per square inch than anyplace else actually has a seasonal circus that is well worth the reasonable price of admission. It is under the Big Top and features an incredible array of performers from contortionists to trapeze artists. What a hoot. Lots of fun just watching the kids. It would be downright un-American if you... More

I went there on New Year's Eve, and the show was great, very touchy, and then we have a countdown and a party with champagne and costumes in the middle of the Circus Ring, with the performers. Awesome!

I am neither a circus, nor a parade person. Being a mother of 5 young children, however, I make sacrifices. I avoided the circus until now, but saw the event and the VIP option and figured, "may as well do it once, and do it right. then I am off the hook forever." Let me tell you something....we would do... More

Love the Big Apple Circus, haven't been in a few years, consistently excellent. Loved it. The gymnasts were fantastic and the animals were terrific. All acts were fun:) definitely recommend.

My husband and I decided last minute to change things up for Xmas and surprised the kids and took them to the 4:30 show on Xmas My kids are 9,6,3. We had amazing seats. Third row from the ring. Altho the place is small so you can see everything where you sit. Show is about 2 hours long. Towards the... More

It's pretty amazing how they setup this big top circus tent on the Lincoln Center property. The tent sits west of the Koch Theater and south of the Metro Opera building. It basically occupies the Damrosch Park. It's also temperature controlled. Bathrooms are a combination of portapotties and trailers converted to a bathroom. The show itself is fast paced. During... Really enjoyed this new edition of the circus. Starts off a bit slow, with an only slightly funny clown/comedian, but then goes into full force with fantastic aerial and animal acts, with performers that have remarkable -- if rather unusual -- skills. My grandkids and I even gasped a few times at the amazing feats. A great family outing, and... More
