Really enjoyed this new edition of the circus. Starts off a bit slow, with an only slightly funny clown/comedian, but then goes into full force with fantastic aerial and animal acts, with performers that have remarkable -- if rather unusual -- skills. My grandkids and I even gasped a few times at the amazing feats. A great family outing, and... More

Great show, very nice people. I highly recommend this for a non-traditional business event. We bought a hundred seats and were able to use the ring and a mic for a brief post-show discussion once the house cleared.

We had a terrific time at the BAC. Everyone, no matter their age, had fun. Definitely had an old-time vibe to it, but it suited us all.

$175 per ticket for cold hot dogs in tin foil, a platter of pepperage farm cookies, a credit platter. what they mean when they say great photo opps as the kids try on costumes is that they put 10 hats on a table and one vest. Really? the drinks are included but for 75 extra dollars i could have bought... More

I should start this review by saying we are NOT circus people. Yet, this is the second time we've been to the Big Apple Circus and we'll keep going. Why? There's something just so comforting yet wonder making about this one ring of entertainment. There's joy and excitement in each performance--always something that makes you look at each other with... I went to see The Big Apple today with my six year old grandaughter. I enjoyed it and my granddaughter loved it. It was my first time seeing it and I WILL go again. The contortionists and the trapeze act were really great. All the seats are close to the ring and you can appreciate all the acts. Worth the... More

Great circus that is perfect for the little ones and always fun! Make a point to treat their animals ethically, although the show we saw had very few animals (we saw a 75 min version). Perfect for my 3yo daughter's first circus. Great deals and specials make this an affordable family or tourist venture for NYC. Go see it!

I started going to the Big Apple Circus nine yards ago with my goddaughter, she is now twelve, and we both love it more than ever. This is a one ring circus in a big tent set on an intimate scale. Every seat is a good seat and front rows allow you to see the animals and performers closer. This... More

Very good new show "Metamorphosis". Visited on October 19 with my 5 year old son, it's our 3rd time actually, we catch up every year)) really enjoyed it. The only negative remark from my son was "last year mr. Clown was funnier")) maybe, but we attend all kind of circuses in our area every year (family friendly) and Big Apple... More
