The CSN concert was fabulous but the theatre venue was an unexpected bonus. The acoustics were fabulous and it had such a sense of intimacy in spite of being full and a sold-out performance. Would go back any time.

Saw a show at Beacon Theater. Found the theater and location to be awesome. Ticket takers and other staff were less than hospitable: pretty rude, actually. I can compare this with 4 other theaters we have seen in the past week. We were traveling with a group and found their crowd management and flow to be quite strained.

My friend and I spent a great deal on tickets to the Derek and Juliann Hough Move Live Event. When we selected our tickets we were not informed that my friend's seat would be in back of a wheelchair. My seat was ORCH3 left j 35 and my friend was next to me. We could hardly get into our seats... More

My wife and I visited this venue for the Ringo Starr gig on 18th June 2014. My review is in two parts and I have two massive disagreements , I strongly disagree with two previous reviewers. Part One - the venue - fantastic view from a seat in the balcony, and probably more leg room than I have had at... More

This past weekend attended a concert here for the firs time. I was unaware it was managed by Madison Square Garden. The theater has been beautifully restored and is truly awesome. We took some pics of the ceiling and the walls since you don't see some of this stuff anymore. As a kid, this was a movie theater which is... More

Was at the Ringo Starr and his all Starr band show on 6/17. No complaints about the show at all. My complaint is the theater. Upon entering, we were told to discard our sealed bottles of spring water. At no time did anyone say the air conditioning was not working. It was about 80 degrees and humid in there. They... More

The Beacon is a beautiful theater with great acoustics. However, the seating is not the best. There is limited leg room and the seats are narrow. The bathrooms are downstairs, so the line ends up on the stairs. This makes it difficult to come back upstairs because you are walking up between two lines. If given a choice, I would... More

Was here for a Coldplay concert and was not disappointed. I was at the Orchestra level, which is amazing because you are so close to the stage and so close to the band! The theater is beautiful, gorgeous decoration.

Went to a concert here. The staff was friendly and efficient in crowd control. My seats were in row T, and even at that distance, I had good viewing and sound was good. Since My seats were under the balcony seating, I thought the sound was low and could have had more volume. Only thing I didn't see was a... More

We lucked out sitting in the third row last night for Rodrigo Y Gabriela. The theatre is beautiful, and the acoustics were wonderful. An intimate place to see a concert!!
