This Broadway performance was spectacular -- Amanda in particular. Very dramatic stage set; black water added to the intensity -- very impactul. Thoroughly enjoyed this.

This is the second time I've seen a Brit direct a Tennessee Williams play and it's the last. To take this beautiful, poetic work and ruin it so completely must have taken a lot of effort on all of the actors parts, except for the young lady who played Laura. The way Cherry Jones delivered her lines, it seemed like... More

Classic play with a solid cast. Zachary Quinto seems the be the popular buzz, and he does an excellent job, but Cherry Jones is definitely the star. She delivers a powerful performance, and helps Zachary shine. Celia and Brian round out a dynamite production. Very nice production of a classic.

Wow just wow! so glad we decided at the last minute to see this show it was such a well acted play. Zachary was amazing and Cherry Jones was out of this world, their accents were perfect. The roles of Laura and Jim were fantastic as well. We could not stop talking about how good this play was. Thank you... More

Saw this mid-January 2014. It's the last of the three "major" Tennessee Williams plays I had to see. Traveled to NYC just to see this production because Zachary Quinto was in it. Zachary was amazing, as was the rest of the cast. The set was simple yet beautiful and the lighting was so well-done. Every time they would light up... More

Wow - loved it. You see this and you can't imagine any other actors in the roles. Hurry - closing Feb. 23. I bought partial view orchestra seats - E13 and E15 for $42. Seat E13 was okay - only missed a tiny bit of set and action in first scenes. E15 was blocked from most of the table view... More

This production of Tennessee Williams' play already has gotten incredible reviews from so many critics, there is not much I can add. It is an amazing production with incredible acting and well worth seeing, unless you want only upbeat entertainment. Catch it before its run ends..

My wife and I as this last week. It s a really good production of a really good play. The staging was very interesting. I found everyone in the cast was vey good. Zachary Quinto was good but kind of sleepy in his part. But maybe that's nnterpretation iof the part? The guy that played The Gentleness Caller and the... More

Booth Theatre in itself was worth a visit. Enthralling performance by the quartet and although Tennessee Williams may not be my normal first choice this was definitely a play worth seeing. Each performer combined, blended, supported and enhanced the others' performance . Truly this was the best play I have witnessed on Broadway. If you are in town, make it... More
