It is located on the fifth floor of Time Warner building. Magnificent view of central park and really good orchestras. The vibe was excellent, the food was delicious, drinks were very good and the staff very polite and helpful. Book a table in advance so you don't have to wait in lines.

Went for the Chucho Valdes concert at the Rose Theater on September 18. I was a bit apprehensive when I saw that my seat was right BEHIND the stage - Mezzanine Level (The seat map did not depict this clearly, otherwise I may not have opted for it). However, that was not a dampener at all as the sound quality... More

My Mom and I have been going here for years. And I'm so happy that by going here I was able to hear Music from Latin Musicians and Jazz Music and all other Music Cultures in between.

If you love jazz, this is the place. The best accoustics in Nyc with all the greats and their fellow musicians.

We booked ahead for the 7:30 show. There was just 2 of us, and we were place at a table with a couple from NYC. Delightful couple. Some people were having dinner with the show and some just had drinks. Small club on the 5th floor. The Heath Bros were excellent musicians along with their band mates. We didn't want... More

Attending a jazz concert in the Appel Room at Lincoln Center is an experience won't forget. The stage's backdrop is a view of Central Park and 59th street. It's out of this world and the acoustics are stellar. Seats are uncomfortable but that's the only criticism I can think of. If you love jazz...you have to see and experience the... More

We enjoyed a very good N'awlins dinner and superb jazz at Dizzy's Club Coca Cola last night at one of Lincoln's Center's wonderful venues. (I know that spelling/pronunciation brands me as a tourist, but that's what the club put in the menu. They should add "..." to get the correct drawl into the word according to a native inhabitant of... More

Jazz at Lincoln Center is actually two blocks away from the iconic home of classical music in The City on Columbus Circle. But the music is no less serious and is played with just as much talent. There are actually three venues -- the Rose Center, a three-tiered arrangement small enough to be right on top of the performers, yet... More

Prior to a recent trip to NYC, we'd made reservations to see the Moscow Jazz Orchestra, a rocking 16-piece band (with a singer who can blow the doors off Georgia On My Mind). This particular performance was taking place at Dizzy's Club Coca Cola, a very intimate venue that also serves food and drinks. We were seated at a small... More
