Excellent production of this play. All the actors were great, especially the lead. The props were fantastic with the stage crew doing a wonderful job of setting up each scene. The orchestra was wonderful also.

WOW! I've seen local productions of Pippin - even own the original Broadway cast recording on DVD. This revival's blew me away! Performed in the Music Box theater suited this very well - it made for a very intimate show. Patina Miller absolutely killed it as a leading player! Andrea Martin as Berthe was full of surprises in her role... More

Great show - loved it Date said it was the best show she had seen on B-way. The Music box is a small theater, and there is not a bad seat in the house. ie, you do not need to pay top dollar for a good view. This show is loaded with singing, dancing, and acrobatics - they fill the... More

We were very please with this show! We thought that it would be best to see on Broadway, since this talented cast may not travel with "Broadway Across America" and we weren't disappointed! Everyone in my family enjoyed this show including my 12 year old daughter and two teenage sons!!!

Incredible talent, singing, dancing, acrobatics - this show has it all! I paid a lot for my ticket, and it was worth every penny! Go see it before Andrea Martin leaves the show at the end of September.

A fun musical, but a little disjointed and difficult to follow the plot at times. Patina Miller stole the show, keeping the entire production moving at an exhilarating pace.

Lots of acrobatics to keep your interest. Musical is very entertaining. Get discount tickets as I would not pay full price. There are other shows that might be better but this one is good and I recommend it.

Show was great and had both the musical and Cirque qualities that made it very interesting. Cast was fabulous and the show was great from start to finish. In a few numbers there is so much going on hard to keep up with it all. Did hear that some of the cast is leaving at the end of September.

In fact it was better than the original because the dialog and nuances were 2013 not 1973! The acrobatics were daring and thrilling. The Pippen character was probably the weakest but did a very good job.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
