LEAPIN' LIZARDS! It's an all-new production of one of the most acclaimed musicals of the past 35 years! With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan ANNIE charms everyone's hearts, despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. And now, alongside her signature pal dog, Sandy, she's set her sights on making us grin from ear to ear as she inspires a whole new millennium. Winner of 7 Tony Awards® including Best Musical, ANNIE - with Music by Charles Strouse, Lyrics by Martin Charnin, and Book by Thomas Meehan - makes its triumphant return to Broadway in a brand new production from Tony, Drama Desk and Pulitzer Prize-winning Director James Lapine and an A-list creative team.

We saw Annie this week on Broadway. It was excellent. All the actors did a great job, from the youngest to the oldest (and of course Sandy!). So many times, you wonder if a show will be appropriate for children to see. We were wishing our six-year-old granddaughter was with us. This in no way means we thought it was... More

Got half price tickets at TKTS Times Sq. Would have paid full price. Annie was as good as the girl in the movie. Daddy Warbucks had a great voice. The kids were brilliant especially the tiny one. Even the dog was good! Got a well deserved standing ovation. Go see.Brilliant.

I was dragged along to this by my other half but I really enjoyed it. The tickets were also really reasonable for a Broadway show and we got them direct from the box office and they moved us from the back of the theatre to the Mezzanine for $59 each which was a lot cheaper than I expected. Drawbacks were... More

I really enjoyed seeing this show and how they kept to the integrity of the film. If you or your kids enjoyed Annie as a kid, this is a must see! The kids in this production are absolutely excellent. Bravo!

The kids were outstanding in this show. We brought 2 ten year olds and they loved it as well. They were engaged throughout the entire show. Would highly recommend for both adults and children.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
