Walkin' Broadway™ has the visitors to Times Square dancing in the streets! This is the best of both worlds: A personable, knowledgeable guide AND the music and recorded narration of a first class audio tour. There is no better place to hear the facts and stories of Broadway’s history, architecture, music, and humor. While personally guided through the Great White Way, the entire tour is broadcast to your own headset so you can follow each beat of the music and hear every word. The music is direct from the Broadway cast recordings. The recorded voices are recorded exclusively for Walkin’ Broadway by some of the greatest legends, performers and luminaries as well as the backstage guys and gals who make Broadway the center of the entertainment world!

My husband and I had a wonderful time walking Broadway with Rori. Rori was energetic, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. We learned lots of fun facts about Broadway and the theater district. We were even treated to her singing. She has a great voice! I would highly recommend this tour.

My sister-in-law and I love Broadway and this tour was a great choice with an enthusiastic tour guide who entertained as she guided us around Times Square. There was only the three of us so negotiating the crowds was easy and the headphones helped hear her above the roar of Manhattan. Stopping at the beautiful theatres and hearing the story... More

Rori did an excellent job showing us around Broadway and enjoyed learning all of the history. I love coming to NYC and Rori gave us some great tips for tickets next time we come.

This is a really fun way to learn the history of Broadway. Raina, our guide was so much fun. My only negative was that I wanted one ticket and the website would only let me purchase two. I actually ordered through groupon and although I still had to order two tickets it was a cheaper way for me to do... More

LOL.. fantastic! you walked, dance, sang and heard stories! When we started we said, ' what if our tour about Broadway can be more than a tour...what if it can be a musical! I'm glad Raina was able to 'direct' such a great cast! thanks for Walkin' and more!! Don More

This is a great tour and our tour guide, Rori, made it even better. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the history of Broadway, she got us all dancing and singing on Broadway. It was very interesting tour and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Thank you so much for a great review. Its hard not to dance and sing around Rori! She knows it so well because she lives it everyday. The combo of our guides personal experience and the planning and production of the tour hopes to achieve actually what you mentioned - entertaining AND interesting! So glad we accomplished that! We had a blast "Walkin' Broadway" with Rori! She met us early Sunday morning at the The Actors' Chapel and began a 90 minute tour of the area. Rori offered wonderful historical theater stories peppered with current events. Her tour allowed us to ask questions, answered by an industry professional. We were especially pleased when Rori contacted us after the... More

While "the shows that played here were..." and, "the stars who headlined were...", was interesting to set some perspective, I was hoping for a bit more on the architectural and social history behind the buildings and why Broadway became what it did. Still, I realize the tour has to work for a broad range of people. Good thing with a... More

On a cold and blustery Sunday morning, 5 of us met Roary for a tour of Broadway. She was upbeat, energetic and extremely knowledgeable. We all liked that she made it an interactive experience with questions and games on OUR knowledge. Thank you Roary for a truly enjoyable tour! Hope to see you in a show soon!! Eileen

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
