Walkin' Broadway™ has the visitors to Times Square dancing in the streets! This is the best of both worlds: A personable, knowledgeable guide AND the music and recorded narration of a first class audio tour. There is no better place to hear the facts and stories of Broadway’s history, architecture, music, and humor. While personally guided through the Great White Way, the entire tour is broadcast to your own headset so you can follow each beat of the music and hear every word. The music is direct from the Broadway cast recordings. The recorded voices are recorded exclusively for Walkin’ Broadway by some of the greatest legends, performers and luminaries as well as the backstage guys and gals who make Broadway the center of the entertainment world!

My niece and I are both Broadway theater geeks so this tour was perfect for us. Just right amount of time and walking. Great value. Much better than other walking tours because we each had our own wireless headset so we could hear perfectly the tour guide as well as the pre-recorded insights into each theater. Highly recommended, especially with... More

Although the tour was for my sister and I it still ran which was fantastic. It's great to know they do not cancel tours if they do not reach a certain number of people! Krystle was very informative and brought to life interesting facts. She was delightful, witty and answered any and all questions we had. She is an awesome... More

Rory was our tour guide. She was marvelous - charming, warm, informative and incredibly talented. We are from Long Island and have seen almost every Broadway show. We come into Manhattan very often. This trip was for a celebration for our granddaughter's birthday. She loves theater and the city. This tour was such a treat. We learned so much! It... More

Two days ago we did the Walkin Broadway Tour and had a great time. There were five of us on the tour so it wasn't a large group which was nice. Krystle was our guide and she was terrific. She was energetic and it felt like she gave a true effort, (nice when someone doesn't guide you half heartily). She... More

A few days ago my friend and I took the Walkin Broadway tour with Krystle. We did the earliest time, and it was actually just the two of us! It was good to hear about the history of the theaters and Broadway in general. I recommend it!

My daughter and I were the only people on the tour which was nice for us. Krystle was very informative and we appreciated the tips on how to get discounted show tickets.

I took my two daughters, ages 9 and 12, with me on this tour and even they thoroughly enjoyed learning the history of Broadway and the theater district from Krystle! She was very informative, cheerful and made it fun.

Any theater enthusiast will find this tour fun, very informative and entertaining. Our guide, Krystle, a NYC actress was articulate, professional and extremely knowledgable about Broadway past and present. This approx. 90 minute walking tour in the heart of the Broadway theater district includes many brief stops at points of interest carefully selected to fascinate and educate. Krystle's narration was... More

That was fun! Not too long; not too short. Plenty of theater info---and---Ellen's Stardust Restaurant is on the route. Great place for lunch after the tour; singing wait staff who are awesome. Nice job, Rori!

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
