This is a visitor's center, show & ticket info site, historic theatre and history lesson, and it comes complete with- wait for it…. a CLEAN, FREE bathroom facility! Important to know where to go when you need to go in Times Square. Plus, you won't be followed in by those creepy costumed characters.

It is really weird when you see all crowds at Times Square then you feel more energy. People there never stop walking and this is really excited

This used to be the place for everything Times Square. Now it is replaced by the NYPD due to the amount of security needed to control Times Square. To be perfectly honest, the NYPD is equally helpful and sincere in their efforts to help anyone.

What used to be one of the greatest attractions in the area has been closed! We went there for years to get out of the crowds, use a decent washroom, see the Peep Booths and see the New Years EVe ball. But without warning and with no reason ever given, they just closed it! If you agree that they should... More

It is possible to feel nausea when you look up at the huge screens as you're standing in Time Square - but it's all worth it. TS is way to over hyped though, but it still deserves 5 star as this is a must while in New York City.

Times square is overwhelming and filled with crowds, especially around the holidays. However, it is a must go and if you're close enough to the end of the year, you can see some of the things set up for the iconic New Years party.

Anytime of day or night and anytime of year is a great time to visit Times Square. It has an incredible energy surrounding it and it has non stop people moving in every which direction regardless of the time of day. It is a perfect example of why New York City is called The City that Never Sleeps. It's a... More

This review is for the visitors center=which I thought was very helpful. The staff friendly and answered questions. Maps and brochures came in handy. Nice stop as getting off subway and entering the busy Times Square area.
