You can rarely find a toilet in New York unless you are in a big store or restuarant. These were decent, so probably best to use them if you are in the area. Not much else to say about this place, they will only help you if you want tickets for something.

We were there In Aug. 2012. Loved staying at the Cassa, it was so close to Times Square. We were within walking distance of Broadway and Central Park, museums. NBC. We went everywhere on the bus tours. Loved New York.

We visited New York in January and dropped into the Times Square Visitors Centre in search of a bathroom. The bathrooms were closed off to the public so we asked some of the staff for the location of other facilities. They were incredibly unhelpful and rude! If you are a visitor and looking for help.......don't waste your time going there.

New Orleans times 1000 is the way I describe Times Square. Too many characters in every sense of the word assemble in Tines Square. The lights are beautiful at night! Lots and lots of people.

I love watching Good Morning America so you can imagine how much I enjoyed going to Times Square and watching the show from the street. I got to see Sam the weather man, Josh, Lara and some others who came out to visit with the crowd. This was my first visit to N.Y. and I was like a kid seeing... More

A nice visit. Whilst in New York I saw an advertisement that said once you've visited times square you never want to go back. I wouldn't go back but I would recommend you got to see it, ideally at night

This is an exciting part of town. Visit it and learn what is happening in town. Get your bearings plan your agenda. Time and money goes fast. Economics here are such that huge amounts of money are needed for lavish spending. There is an additional 10% (additional to the exisisting) tax being proposed on corporations doing buisness in the city.... More

Tremendous ads in the square, great pleasure to watch commercials, but it`s too crowdy all the time!

Went here on our first day to get some info and possibly maps/ recommendations about what to do. Don't bother, it is merely a booking agency, with brochures to shows and attractions. No help from anyone there, unless you wanted to buy a ticket to something.
