If you have some time to rummage through the shelves here, there are some great bargains to be found. Many items are recognisable and still in stock in local drugstores. However they put horrendous giant stickers on the items, presumably to prevent people from transferring prices between items. They have metallised strips in them and are like concrete adhesive, way... More

For those who have poorly reviewed the store -- its because they don't understand that's it NOT a high end store. Its part closeout store, part dollar store, part random item store and definitely a place if you're not picky to get new lipstick, mascara, blush, etc -- and not necessarily low brand - I've seen versace, lancome, mac, clarins,... Not worth my time or money. Saw YouTube videos about bargains and got very excited about it. As you go through the isles looking for high end or even drugstore brands you get very disappointed. Try've got old, bad kept items, of completely obscure brands and some tiny trial size Elizabeth Arden stuff. Again, not worth the hype. Do not... More

We stumbled on this place while sightseeing. Coming from Australia, the prices here are much, much cheaper than at home. A wide range of cosmetic brands such as Almay, Revlon and L'Oreal, but also a few other random things like Fila moisture-wicking sports socks (6 pairs for $5! ) and kids fluffy toys. Well worth a visit.

You'll find cool stuff for a few bucks, such as La Roche, revlon or Estee Lauder at a good reasonable price. Sometimes they don't have enough stock, but if you stay a few days in town, try to go back because they put back stuff almost everyday.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
