We booked our helicopter tour (big apple) based on recommendations from our hotel (Casablanca). Our reserved time for the flight was cancelled due to weather (bad visibility), but we got a new time during the same day. Everything went smoothly, staff was friendly, our 2y old daughter was taken in notice nicely and overall everything was handled professionally. The helicopter... More

My wife and I booked a tour with Liberty two months ago, got time and date confirmed via email. Got asked for a contact ph no. and said we would not have a phone with us, contact via email or hotel. When we turned up on 17th May they had no booking for us and asked if we had confirmed... More

Second time I´ve done it. First time I was a lil child and enjoy it so so much, I´ll never forget it. Thats why, now that I take my lil bro to NY, I want him to feel the same! He was so excited about it, speechless!! The pilot was very kind and nice, he even gave us some more... More

We made booking thru our hotel. We have specific time, when we arrive we discover that Liberty oversold tickets, so they put all passenger in the big 1-2 hour standby line. No refund, no friendly advice. Just "I'm not care" persons outside. Choose any other company from the this pierce. They much better and faster.

I had booked the helicopter trip before we came to New York as a Christmas present, tickets came the next day with information about the place & re-telling us we needed to pay a local tax on arrival (this is clearly stated on the website). The check-in & safety film were excellently done & we were taken out to our... More

Cannot fault the tour once you were up in the sky as this is by far the best way to see NYC! Spectacular views and the pilot was amazing. What let this experience down were the staff at the "front of house" so to speak. There were delays with the flights due to weather and they were unable to explain... More

Dear Reviewer, I am glad you enjoyed your actual tour but I am sorry to read that the customer service was not up to par at the heliport. On the day of your tour I know there were weather issues and delays because of it, however that is no excuse for poor customer service. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and... More

Cost £200 each plus a $35 fee (which we did not know about) on arrival for a 15 minute flight. Very efficient from start to finish and put at rest by the staff. Our pilot was Patrick who was very funny but also professional. It is expensive but if you candy it then do so - views are stunning.

I purchased the Land/Sea/Air package through Liberty Helicopters and was not disappointed. The helicopter flight was pretty cool, a little cramped but that's ok and the pilot was great. The we visited New York for the first time and I recommend for the price take all three tours, we were able to see a whole bunch in the two days... More
