We did the entire circle cruise. My teen and tween loved it for the first hour, but the 2 1/2hr, "Best of NYC" trip was way too long. I would suggest the "Landmark Cruise" instead for anyone under 18.

We took this tour last week. This is a nice boat tour, my only complaint is we took the "night tour" to see the city lights....and that wasn't the case...We left the pier at 7pm so the sun had not set...this was more a sunset tour because as we arrived back at the pier after seeing the NY skyline it... I took my grand-neice on the "Best of NYC" cruise on a hot (90+) and humid weekday. The cruise, going all around Manhattan, sails at 10 am, 12:30 and 2 pm, and is supposed to take about 2 1/2 hours, 1 senior ticket was $35, one adult for the 18-year-old was $40. The website suggests coming 45 minutes to an... More

This was the cherry on top to my visit to NYC. You get to see the island of Manhattan from a totally different view from just riding in the car. This is a must see trip for tourists and folks that have lived here for many years. Unbelievable. The only downside is sitting outside in the heat on the back... More

We went on what we thought would be the full island tour on 7/19/14 but the tide was too high so we couldn't go all the way around the island. The depressing negative guide announced about 80 times that this happens and that it's posted. We sat on the top outside and it was a cloudy day so we weren't... More

Went on the harbor lights tour the evening of my arrival. I knew I don't want to go out to Liberty Island and wouldn't be visiting Ellis Island this trip, so this seemed like a good replacement. Enjoyed the view and the info conveyed by the tour guide. Glad I went, although in sure you don't really get lights -... More

It's hard to explain in words how much my family enjoyed our Circle Line Cruise for the 4th of July fireworks!! What an amazing experience and a lifetime of memories! Cruising past the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Freedom Tower on our country's independence day is beyond surreal - let alone watching fireworks off the Brooklyn Bridge! I happened... More

We took the tour that goes around all of Manhattan. Great narration by the guide. Would recommend to anyone who has 2.5 hours and wants to get a great other perspective

Decided at the last minute to go on a Circle Line Cruise and I'm sooo glad we did. We learned so much and our tour guide, Dave, was so very informative. Learned a lot about the region's history and architecture. I probably expected a dull experience and it was quite the opposite. I highly, highly recommend.

My mom suggested we ride the Circleline while we were in NYC. my 13yo was glad we rode The Beast, the adventure version of the staid cruiseline. For about 45 minutes we zipped down to the Statue of Liberty and had a great view of the skyline. It was really fast and we did get wet but it was a... More
