I went to the gardens for a concert, during the intermission my friends and I wanted to get beers. I was the only one from the group not from the U.S. We were told only one drink per person was allowed, the lines were long and when I reached to the counter I showed them my I.D and the staff... It's big, it's classical and if you want to see Henrik Lundström playing for the NY Rangers - book a ticket!

Did a tour of Madison Square Gardens in December 2015 , brilliant tour and the large interactive wall with all the information / news regarding any date you input. Our guide was really patient and informative and helped us to purchase Tickets for the New York Rangers Ice Hockey game the following night. What an arena for a sporting event... More

Incredible atmosphere in Madison Square Garden during a NY Knicks vs Boston Celtics game. I found this to be the only place to ID me during my New York trip - and they only accept passports. So be sure to bring them with you if you fancy a beer. It is expensive, but in these environments you expect it to... More

Nothing beats MSG since they renovated some years ago. One of my absolute favorite places to see basketball games and concerts.

Visited this venue for a Billy Joel concert but enjoyed the atmosphere of being inside the famous building. Walk right round the venue and spot all the celebrities that have been in the Gardens from sports to politics to music. Martch your birthday to something that happened in the MSG. Go early before your concert or book a tour

In the heart of Mannhattan, some very historic concerts and sporting events have taken place here. Always a great spot to catch a show or game!
