Went here with my bf for his birthday. He was looking for hard to find toys. Let me just say...when you walk in you don't realize at first that the entire store is toys r us. They have electronics and games in one section with sensors. They have a huge animatronics dino that everyone likes to record. Meh. It's a... More

My wife used to work at a local Toys R Us so she always wanted to visit its flagship store in NYC. It did not disappoint. As soon as you walk in you see a 3 story Ferris wheel and it just gets better from there. From giant T-rexes to Superman holding up a Semi truck its just a magical... More

With a working Ferris wheel as you enter the building, and a giant dinosaur greeting you at the beginning of the Jurrasic park display, this Toys R Us store is every child's dream. My son was in awe of this shop and even said,'that he didn't want to stay in there too long, as he didn't want to spend all... More

Dropped by Toys R Us Time Square to reward my little guys after their trip to NYC. You just have to do the ferris wheel if you visit. Tickets are $5 and offer a great view of the store's 5 floors. I am told they will not be renewing the lease next year, so if you are going to try... More

I took my grandbaby here so that she can enjoy herself. She loved it!!! She rode the ferris wheel which was $5. She love Candyland and Willy Wonker. What kid wouldnt? Now... gotta say that the only person who greeted us with a smile, a hello, and a thank u was the lady from Candyland. So kudos to her. There's... More

This mega store is well worth a visit. When I say mega...I mean mega. It is over many floors and there are whole departments dedicated to certain toys...eg, an actual Barbie house full of Barbie toys. The Ferris wheel inside is a nice touch and all little ones will enjoy a ride. Keep your eyes peeled for the super heros... More

Went to NYC & so glad we stopped at Toys R Us. We took the boys on the Ferris wheel inside this 3 story store! I know our 3 1/2 yr old grandson will remember this experience for a long time! Too bad the ticket seller was an unpleasant soul! Hoping she was just having a bad day. This store... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
