We went to Copacabana for the Salsa class. The instructor was exuberant and energetic. Too bad the class ended after 20 minutes because someone fainted during the class. At 10PM the party was suppose to move upstairs but it was delayed until 11PM. Our group party moved upstairs and sat in one the areas ( NO RESERVED CARD). About one... More

Wonderful atmosphere. So friendly. This is a classy club with so much history. So much a part of the New York scene. You have to experience this club at least once in your life.

I have never given a bad review until now. I would not even given a 1 star but that was the minimum. I came to this club from the Philly are for a private event of ballroom dance. Tickets were purchased 2 months prior. It was an extremely hot and humid day. Arrived after 6 pm and told they would... More

Excellent music and atmosphere for salsa music lovers, that's the place to go, the drinks were sensible priced so you don't need a fortune to have a good time. Highly recommended.

The copa is so much fun. It's beautiful and a nyc icon. The place is full of glitz and glamour that you expect on a night out in the greatest city in the world.

Went out dancing expecting a Latin club, to find out this place was a youth hang out bar. My friend and I must of danced 5 songs (Latin), throughout the whole night. We were disappointed, since we had heard great reviews about this place. If your 20 years old, a great place ... if your 35 and over, not the... More

We went here for our last night out in NY. To my suprise the food was truly excellent, I had fish and seafood dishes and they were on point. Even my Mum was impressed with her meal and she is a Lady with high standards. The cocktails were delicious and I wish I stayed on for the club, but it... More

Good food, nice atmosphere But, (ah yes the but) the service was atrocious. We waited what seemed forever for each of our courses to be served. The final point was the noise factor.. but then they were mostly Tourists..

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
