We went last weekend to see Book of Mormon, and somehow got amazing seats (2nd row on the right!). For whatever reason, I just didn't love it. It took a minute to get over the ridiculousness of the way they throw around Mormonism (one of my close friends is Mormon) and how close to the bone they are willing to... More

I had been really wanting to see this show for some tie, we missed out on tickets when we were here last year so I booked way in advance and paid the extra for a premium seat I was three rows from the front I the centre FANTASTIC. As per previous reviews the script is not for the prudish. I... More

My husband and I saw the show for the first time and laughed the entire way through! It is now is new favourite show, and ended up being the highlight of his trip. So funny, so brilliant. Super performances by the entire cast.

My wife and I really enjoy going to the theater. We decided to go to NYC and see this show for our 20th anniversary and it was a great decision. We were actually crying from laughing so hard. This is a must see show if you are looking for a show to see in NYC. One of the best we... More

This show is a must see. I went myself (a true musical theatre lover) and my boyfriend (who only recently became acquainted with the genre) and both had an incredible time. It was hilarious, clever, surprising and musically impressive. One of the greats. Please do note that you have to be okay with the South Park style humor and not... More

Book of Mormon is the wackiest, funniest, engaging musical on Broadway. A show which doesn't take itself so seriously and openly takes the rip out of other shows. The themes and language are adult but any mature adult can see past this & enjoy the show for its comedy value. Worth every penny!

We loved the show, pretty much south Park on stage, we learnt a lot about Mormons as we knew nothing about them before the show, cannot believe people believe that rubbish and am glad to see it getting the mickey taken out of it. Don't go if you can't take a joke or don't like South Park. Can't wait to... More

A fantastic high-energy funny play. Loved every minute of it. This is well worth going to and i highly recommend it. The singing and dancing was fantastic and the lead actors have honed their craft well.

So clever, so good-natured, so tongue-in-cheek, this has to be one of the most enjoyable theater experiences I've ever had. The vulgarity fits in but makes the show inappropriate for youngsters. I came away inspired and exhilarated.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
