we couldn't get TKTS to a show that we wanted and thought we would give this show a look. It's been around 30+ years. Although the show has been updated, and the actors did a decent job, it was just not very good. Don't waste your money. Go shopping

This is a small theater, (maybe an old grammar school auditorium??) I went at the last minute, (49$ TKTS booth ticket), and I really enjoyed myself! I got a center, first front row seat. I had my feet on the stage! Lead actress is a powerhouse of Witchy-tornado-SNOB...so hilarious! The 4 person cast is simply amazing! Good story with a... More

Worst play I have seen, ever. More than half the audience walked out at the intermission. I was jealous of the folks on either side who fell asleep. Spare yourself, and watch out for hustlers near the tiks booth who recommend this play. Fairly sure they get a cut off the sales.

My wife likes murder mysteries and we both enjoyed this play. The theater was intimate and the acting was good. The plot kept you guessing on the outcome.

To see an actress play the SAME ROLE for 26+ YEARS is interesting from an historical aspect BUT to understand everything the bar hands out an "answer sheet" at the end of the play. THAT, in itself, tells you a lot. GET THE FREE HANDOUT! Acting 4/5 Storyline/writing 1/5 Scenery 3/5 Works out to 2/5

Poorly written. Bad acting. You keep expecting it to get better. It doesn't. Do not waste your time or money. I was very disappointed.

DO NOT waste your time and money on this play. The acting is bad and rushed, the plot is completely incoherent, and the set is cheap and outdated. You will leave confused and angry at your decision to see this play. This so-called show should really be stopped!! I feel sorry for everyone involved in making it. DO NOT SEE... More

Grabbed discount tickets from the tkts site. Was unable to get tix for any of my first 4 choices so picked this based on the description provided by a booklet passed out while I was in line. If you want to be able to say that you've seen a Guiness World Record being beat, which the female lead does nightly... More

Impossible to explain how terrible this is . . . both somehow it worth seeing. The strange combination of soap opera acting in a darkly psychologically thriller that's a full 30 years out of date is hauntingly bizarre. We all agreed that it was truly awful, but had no regrets. Epically, fabulously bad.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
