Description: 8 people or less Guaranteed! Our tours are like having a friend in NYC...
8 people or less Guaranteed! Our tours are like having a friend in NYC showing you around their neighborhood. You call, we listen, and then suggest the perfect day for you in the most interesting neighborhoods: Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Times Square and many more, sampling the best foods the City has to offer. This is nothing like a bus tour; it's a personal experience where the history is part of the tour, but the behind-the-scenes stories are part of us.

My wife, daughter and I did the High Line and Greenwich Village Food Tours with Gary this morning and had a great time. He was funny, knowledgable and very friendly. On the High Line portion of the tour, he was full of personal anecdotes about what the area was like in the past versus its rapidly gentrifying present. The Greenwich... More

I loved the Hell's Kitchen walking tour. Garry met the six of us at a restaurant in Hell's Kitchen. We sampled some great dishes while we got to know each other and the history of the area. I liked that he told us a little bit about what to expect. The tour was a delightful mix of history, great food,... More

Garry was welcoming, friendly and full of NYC knowledge. We had so much fun on this tour, doing the high line first and then the walking foodie tour in Greenwich village. I told Garry I dont like Canoli. Hmmm, thats changed forever!

I took the Hells kitchen/Central park tour. I loved that it was a small group so you didn't feel lost in a crowd of people and you could hear everything that was being said. The tour was informative and fun. The restaurant choices were awesome. They were places I would have never tried myself. All of the food was delicious... More

Definitely the highlight of our trip in NYC! We did the combo High Line and Greenwich food tour and it was awesome. Alex was our guide and he is very interesting, knowledgeable, funny, friendly and attentive! It was a really nice way to discover the city and its culture. The group size is small so it was a more intimate... More

My wife, daughter and I did the 4 pm tour of Broadway. Sam was our excellent tour guide and had good knowledge of the history of the Broadway district as well as personal insight to the business side. I can highly recommend Sam. Be prepared to walk a little bit, but no more than normal in Manhattan. Good mix of... More

I had the most spectacular adventure as I toured the High Line as well as Greenwhich village! Alex was our tour guide and he was extremely knowledgable and fun. Being from the Philadelphia area, it was nice to visit NYC, learn about its beautiful history, and enjoy its delicious food! DO NOT eat before this tour because you are provided... More

We did the high line and Greenwich tour. The high line is very cool place. Greenwich is also unexpected- like walking to a different universe in just a few blocks. Alex was our guide and he was very nice and knowledgeable. What I wish would be different is that the food tastings were more interspersed. We sampled nothing on the... More

Overall this was a great experience. Nancy was a great guide- very informative and engaging. I would not consider this a food tour....it's more of a walking tour with a heavy lunch at the end. The highline is an amazing park above the city. Nancy knows her history and architecture. She made it great. The food is all crammed in... More

We just spent a long weekend in NYC. We booked several activities, including the Hell's Kitchen walking food tour. This was the first thing we did when we got to the city and my favorite activity of all. I went with my husband and our 12, almost 13,-year-old son. We all had such a good time!!! This was a really... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
