It was over-crowded, the 'sale' wasn't a sale in my opinion, shoes that were originally $200 were reduced to $180 not really what I... More

Very good shopping venue in the same line as Harrods and Selfridges in London. Lovely place to spend money.

I absolutely LOVE this store, because it's so much more than a department store. It's a destination that anyone who says they love fashion, and appreciate world class service should visit. I stopped in because I love David Burke, and needed a winter coat for an upcoming trip. Being from California I have no idea how to select a coat.... More

Reading the last few reviews it's funny how everyone has different expectations and views but as the old saying goes "each to their own". Having been to most of the department stores during our visit, whilst I think Macy's had the best sale items my experience today was top notch. The sales assistant, Derek, couldn't have been more helpful. He... More

I always have s hard time shopping at Bloomingdale's, because the store looks like a mess. I see sales staff on hand, but not doing a whole lot of folding or tidying up after the customers. Customer service is definitely lacking. Was standing in men's department store to try on a shoe and waited for 5 minutes when I finally... More

This was awful! I visited here few years ago and remember being laden down with shopping, however, its now all designer and commercialised and designed purely for very rich people. As it was cold and snowing, we were wrapped in old winter clothes and I heard a staff member comment we looked like we couldn't even afford a bag! Disgusting,... More

I think it was 9 floors in this place! I was here on Black Friday from 7am until 1pm!! Loved every minute of it and found so many nice and different items and good food too!! Coming from the South this place is my go to stop for great fashion finds!
