This store is very much an icon and worth a visit even if you can't afford anything. The staff were friendly without being overpowering and were happy to take photos of us by their Christmas trees. The only thing that's missing is somewhere to buy breakfast. But hey, you can't have everything.

My daughter and I went here for a quick visit - even though we were clearly not going to buy anything, the staff were really nice and friendly! I would say they are well used to would-be Holly Golightlys popping in!

What a treat! Decided to spend some birthday money here and it was such a special experience. We were greeted by super-stylish, polite and friendly doormen (as were the rest of the staff) and then came face-to-face with the most amazing diamonds! Slightly out of my budget we headed to the 3rd floor where you'll find the more affordable silver... More

Breakfast at Tiffanys flew straight over our kid's heads but it's an icon of 5th Avenue none the less. Just near the top on the right before Central Park. The doors were shut when we were passing on a Sunday but as we took a couple of pictures out popped one of their terribly smartly dressed staff and opened up,... More

The doormen must see so many people just wanting to visit for the sake of visiting this store, yet they were very welcoming and greeted us with a smile and were cheerful. The items in this store are simply amazing, and even though a bit out of my price range, I could certainly see the value in the pieces on... More

Long dreamed of visiting this store! Husband was a tad concerned we would be treated differently seeing as we were only buying from the sliver floor, need not have worried! Staff were so friendly and made the visit! We were in the store for an hour or so and the staff couldn't do enough. Defiantly worth a visit.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
