Why Meg - this is why.... We are just middleclass people from NZ and first visited Tiffanys [Wall St then] about 4 years ago and although looking rather 'touristy ad not wealthy' we were warmly greeted by Meg who gave us 'the time of day' and asked if there was something that she could help us with. I had done... More

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you feel so special. The staff are very friendly and always looking to help. We went straight to the engagement level to have a look at the rings (not that we could afford any) and was given such a warm welcome. I eventually purchased a bracelet, they wrapped it... More

Nipped in to Tiffany's to browse and we were greeted with lovely staff. From the man on the door to the people who get you to the floor you need....customer service is impeccable! I bought a necklace but didn't like the chain so I went to the 6th floor where I got the chance to lengthen it and all ready... More

Got a picture with the Tiffany & Co. front door man and the grand staircase inside. Everyone that works there was incredibly polite and you could tell that they LOVED working at Tiffany & Co. Although I could not afford 1 item at Tiffany & Co., I was extremely excited that I was able to visit, ride the elevator, and... More

My family and I happened to be in Lower Manhattan during our summer holiday when we visited the store. We were welcomed in by store Ambassador Tony Vaughn, a nicer person you couldn't wish to meet. The store is very relaxed and talking to each member of staff was a pleasure. When it was time to leave, I thanked Mr... More

First of all it is crowded because I think this is on everyone's list to go when visiting NYC. They have a great selection on gifts. Not everything cost a million bucks here. When you do find a gift for that certain someone they gift wrap it free of charge. They served us champagne as we were browsing. Could be... More

Tiffany Fifth Avenue has quite an impressive operation. Some sales clerks are a little impersonal but I guess that's to be expected when you have to deal with thousands of "window shoppers" each and every day. I wanted a business card case, which was on the 4th floor and the sales clerk who waited on me there was very personable,... More

I am in New York Celebrating my daughter 21st birthday. She has always wanted a Tiffany Ring and thought what better than to go to the flag ship store and buy her one. Like other reviewers we were had a wonderful greeting from the door man. Even though it had poured with rain and we were soaked wet through. I... More

For all those movie buffs and old school romantics, can you really not come here? I didn't even go in the shop but I was happy enough to sip my coffee and eat my bagel outside.

We visited a couple of days ago and then decided to go back for a second purchase. This store is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The third floor is where we purchased our items and I wish I remembered the name of the young lady that assisted us she was brilliant. Thank you for making our... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
