This is the only store in NYC that I felt was worth the money. If you're looking for things to buy as gifts or for yourself that are good quality, good brands, and don't break the bank. As an example, I bought my mom a CK scarf - $20. Meanwhile, a Zara scarf was $30. I'm sorry, but you can't... More

I know there are bargains to be had here, but it's a bit overwhelming to me. You have to have time to hunt for the good deals.

This store is great. There are lots of bargains on offer but you have to be prepared to spend time seeking out the real deals. As mentioned by other reviewers, the staff are the rudest of the rude. Loud, abrupt and more interested in discussing their social lives than doing the job they're paid to do. Absolutely lacking in basic... More

My wife and I went in feb whilst on holidays from Australia. It is judge stocking hundreds of designer brands at cheap prices!!!! We spent days here and bought lots of clothes saving hundreds of dollars than if we bought them back home. I explain it like back home we have shopping centres with hundreds of shops. At century 21... More

Really good place, quite busy at times. The men's accessories are especially good! Ralph Lauren socks for $8.00 is a bargain! The handbags are really good as well. You can get excellent prices in here

Had the misfortune of interacting with seven employees in this store. Not one smiled, not one was welcoming and not one was helpful. Cashier was rude and ignorant - I eventually had to walk out because the service was so bad. Would take a gun shot in the leg sooner than revisit this dump...NO DISCOUNT IS WORTH THAT LEVEL OF... Saved the day! On a snowy cold day visiting NYC I needed dry socks and new boots. The boots I'd brought didn't hold up to the snow, slush, and cold. We were shopping in Columbus Circle area and directed to Century 21. Wow, what a selection of boots/socks! I promptly bought some and left that store very happy and the... More

Give it a try if you like hunting for treasures. We always have good luck at Century 21. Lots of selection, great brand names, good prices. You could spend hours browsing all of the floors. Don't forget to pop into the shoe section!
