I always enjoy my visit to Century 21 Dept store, brings me back to my time when I worked for them. It's a busy store, but it has everything a person could ever need for a great price also. I recommend this store to everyone, especially those looking for a great deal.

Lots of shopping if you’re willing to search through the racks. Not a whole lot of organization. But some great deals to be had. I bought a pair of Hunter rain boots for $89 (usually $150+). I question the validity of some designer things... the Louis Vuitton seemed knock-off. And some of the security tag placement ruins the items... they put it through the heel of a shoe creating a hole in the leather (if it is real designer).

Century 21 is on it's way back. What I mean is that yest they reopened Summer 2023, but they were not fully stocked.

As of December 2023 they seem to be about 65 to 70% back. The caveats are that there are no more housewares and the store size is greatly reduced. Less space clearly means less inventory too.

But... from what I have seen and from speaking with a couple of people who work there, it is a work in progress. One fellow told me that Century 21 basically sells overstocks and given the pandemic and China being shut for a year, things are slowly starting to roll in.

When I was there this summer, at first blush it seemed like a better organized TJ Maxx. Bright and colorful trendy fast fashion, some from labels I have heard of. That apparently was just so they had a store full of merchandise.

Currently, they are starting to get ties again, which they did not have this summer and their suit selections are starting to build up again too. Their men's shoe collection has also increased up a bit.

They now have tons of Puma, which they didn't have this summer as well as sport shirts and t-shirts someone well over 25 like me would wear.

What I was told is to have patience and come back every month or so. I ha e done that and each visit, I have been there 4 times since the summer, has proven that correct

So, is it the old Century 21? No, not yet but it's well on its way.

Very sad… not what it used to be.the store is empty of visitors and full of high priced Merchandise. Some designer fashion T-Shirts are 300$. Not sure if they are fakes I better buy them in the real branded store for almost the same. The past feeling that you get a deal here is gone….

I used to love Century 21. And so did many of my friends and collegues who work in the downtown Manhattan. I am posting this review with hope that the owners of the store will read it and will make some changes. Century 21 used to be an amazing store with great merchandise. The new store has the merchandise that appeals to a much narrower audience. Shoes are not comfortable in the new store. There are no beautiful dresses for summer time. Jackets are not classy and can't be worn to a professional office. Everything is just off about the new store...

I remember hitting Century 21 back in 90s and it’s just not the same! Lots of clothes that obviously struggled to sell originally.

I may be set in my ways now with what I want. But my teen son loved it and even found the Purple Brand jeans and was very excited to get a fee pairs.

Clearly most of the positive reviews here about the new Century 21 were bought. After 15 yrs of annual wknd trips to NYC with C21 as the shopping highlight, I was DESTROYED to walk in and experience the downfall of what was once something that offered drop-dead deals on unique and fabulous designer finds all wrapped-up in a nostalgic maze of fun and adventure. Now its just another "welcome to the New Order" money gouging shopping mall with nothing special to offer. So disappointed. Big waste of time and a massive let down. SHAME on you Raymong Gindi! You could have made much better choices to save the old Century 21 but you blew it and your father must be rolling over in his grave with what you've done to his legacy. RIP the real Century 21 and may peace be with us all who new and loved it.

They’ve got great stuff at great prices but you really have to look. Things get misplaced and sorted awkwardly but it’s understandable as the store is massive. There is really high end stuff mixed with mall brands so you have to keep your eyes open but amazing deals can be had. Bought my girlfriend a pair of Louboutins for like 60% off retail. Definitely somewhere to visit.

I enjoy going to Century 21. I have been able to purchase brands like Calvin Klein plus others at very low prices. My son got beautiful collared sports shirts at great prices. One shirt that was especially nice was the Bonobos brand.

If a person wants to purchase a coat, they have a really big selection of different brands and styles.

I've always gotten terrific deals here. From dress shirts and ties to pants. I did get a great pair of khakis here that were $85 at Bloomingdales for $29 at C21. Always Great deals here.
