This is overrated. It just seemed like a TJ Maxx or other overstock retailer. Confusing to get around and nothing I couldn't find at home. Blah.

If you are visiting WTC then this store is close by. Very busy and looks chaotic. Worth visiting before going to Woodbury Common as designer clothes/bags are sold here. This is the equivalent of TK Maxx in UK. Some bargains to be found if you can stand the crowds.

People told me to go to this store for some good bargains. Reality, yes I did buy some stuff that was cheaper than on it's own brand, but the problem is that the store is to crowded and it is hard to find something specific, it is just like a pile of clothes that you have do dive in with... More

I frequently visit the 22 Cortlandt St store and I would just like to say that the customer service there is terrible. Checking out is always a nightmare due to long lines caused by EXTREMELY slow cashiers. The cashiers not only move at a glacial pace but are also rude and it is clear that all they want to do... I don't know what the hype is about this place. You are better off shopping at Saks or Bloomingdale's during their sale. You will get a better deal. This place is like a giant TJ MAXX. It's really difficult to find anything specific. The prices aren't as great as people say. Save your time and $$

I stopped in her a couple of years ago and wasn't in there too long and decided I wasn't impressed. However, this trip I'm staying at Hilton Millenium next door and since I have a new grand baby thought I'd check it out again. Now I see why everyone goes on and on about this place. I bought my grandson... More

For bargain hunters, this place offers very good discounts on many designer brands. There is good variety of items and most categories from clothing to home ware are covered. The atmosphere is quite manic and layout & display could be described as TJ/TK Max on steroids with a bit of a charity shop feel to it. On closer inspection of... More

Security is over the top with scrutinizing shoppers. They think the worst of everyone. Its a shame because the shopping is ok but not sure I'd want to go back because of how I was looked upon and how I saw others looked upon. Sad!!

This store is HUGE! If you can't find something to buy in here then you must be very hard to please! Be prepared to spend a long time in here too - it's easy to get lost. The lifts and the escalators don't seem to correlate either. Basically, this is a discount store for all the big labels, and believe... More

Century 21 is chaotic, busy and sometimes slightly disorganised - but it's also filled with loads of beautiful designer clothes, shoes and accessories for a fraction of regular retail price. You really have to give yourself a good few hours in here to get through it all. I like to shop by my favourite designers, which is easy to do... More
