I have never experienced such bad service. Generally I have found New York service exceptionally good - the staff at Century 21 were however mostly discourteous and unprofessional. (There were a couple of exceptions) They hung together in groups joking and messing around and ignored customers. I went to both stores in NYC and had the same bad experience. I... More

Being from Edmonton, Alberta, Cnaada not a lot of designer or unique to be found at home or you pay top dollar when you do. Century 21 is packed with designer everything and well priced. Nice to take home clothes that not everyone at home has!

This place is not how it used to be. It used to be a great department store to buy affordable, nice clothing, but now it just feels like an overpriced TJ Maxx. Virtually all the clothes are designer so they also have pretty high price tags. The entire store also felt dingy and dirty, and the line for the changing... More

There were some good deals on shoes but barely anything available in a size 5. If your foot size is female 6+, you will be fine. Struggled to find small clothing too. Not many size zeros, even in the petite sections.

Okay i think most new yorkers rave about the prices becuz compared to the other dept stores in manhattan its a deal. Now the selection here is pretty good i mean i was here in the summer and you could buy winter clothing. I did use the app pricegrabber to checkout the prices and the items were cheaper here. By... My daughter and I spent 4 hours in this shop. So much variety in price and range. If you love to shop it's the place to go.

I was so disappointed by this store. I went to New York about 15 years ago and it was infinitely better. I bought one lousy pair of shoes at $40.00 which was okay for Anne Kleins but the clothing was horrible and cheap and ugly beyond belief. My daughter who is eleven even thought it was the worst place in... More

Similar to TK Maxx in England but with more order and less like a jumble sale. Located next to the 9/11 memorial off Broadway. Be aware for long queues but some real bargains to be had if you have time to search. Not many locals visit here hence why most taxi drivers rant familiar with the shop. Take the address... More
