Located in lower Manhattan, I recommend you arrive early and avoid the weekends. It is a touristic spot and can get chaotic. Do not expect client service, you are quite by your self. But you can definately find very good prices for great brands. You need plenty of time, you have to look around and figure it out - woman... More

Century 21 is a huge tourist destination. They offer brands at discount prices and often you can really find good stuff but you need patience. This department store is so crowded. Plan to be here for a few hours if you do decide to go. The nice thing is that the check out service is fast as they are used... More

An ultradisorganised shop with some staff that didnt belong within the serviceprofession at all which meant that the good ones had to bear the brunt of the workload. We saw/heard a manager telling some of the staff that she "was watching them and if they dint start to work they lknew where the door out was to be found" loud... More

I have never experienced such bad service. Generally I have found New York service exceptionally good - the staff at Century 21 were however mostly discourteous and unprofessional. (There were a couple of exceptions) They hung together in groups joking and messing around and ignored customers. I went to both stores in NYC and had the same bad experience. I... More

Being from Edmonton, Alberta, Cnaada not a lot of designer or unique to be found at home or you pay top dollar when you do. Century 21 is packed with designer everything and well priced. Nice to take home clothes that not everyone at home has!

This place is not how it used to be. It used to be a great department store to buy affordable, nice clothing, but now it just feels like an overpriced TJ Maxx. Virtually all the clothes are designer so they also have pretty high price tags. The entire store also felt dingy and dirty, and the line for the changing... More
