5th Avenue is great, it's next to sooo many different stores. You will find whatever it is you are looking for. It's one of the must see spots you always hear about it in movies/tv. More

fifth avenue in december, see the windows of saks, tiffany, bonwit teller, etc. don't miss going into the store and rockefeller center, see the tree, watch the skaters, buy some chestnuts from a street vendor. More

Try getting hotels in the 7th and 8th avenue, they are far cheaper and only some blocks away. More

We walked from one end to the other and it is a long way, excellent shopping from saks to tiffanys to Abercrombie and Fitch you have everything, also at 5th ave a really big Apple store. More

If your going NYC you got to go 5th ave. lots of high end shopping... Browse a little, have a coffee then move on (unless you are going to spend up big!!) but it's a new York must do! More

There are many shops to visit on 5th Ave. The stretch from the south entrance of Central Park to the Empire State Building offers a great afternoon of fun. So many stores to go to, and sites to see. Busy with tourists on the weekend and felt safe while walking. Double decker Tourist buses available nearby if you want to ride. More

The main street in New York. Not much to see at the beginning of it...the fun starts near Empire Building & The Macy's but the best part is close to the Central Park, Apple & all the designers stores.
