After eating at Shake Shack first, my gf and I were not very hungry, but i decided that she needed to experience this Mario Batali empire-esque food court. She was absolutely blown back by how it just seemed to be a never ending market with tons of food items. I've gone a few times before and gotten some great peppers,... More

It's a mixture of market, restaurant and shop. All in a very italian and cute way which you HAVE to go when in NYC. The location couldn't be more perfect: at the 5th Av, across the street from the Flatiron Building! We had a delicious pasta and also the spectacular Buffala's mozzarela that was the best I've ever had! The... More

We spent about an hour in Eataly on a Sunday at noon..but wished we had more time. There is so much in there to see and eat !! All kinds of fish, seafood, cheese, coffees, pastry ,gelato, vegetables, salads, meats, pasta, etc. Wonderful choices of olive oils, vinegars, books and various home goods. We ate at the Pizzeria..Neapolitan style pizza.... More

I've been there just one day before my departure, I would definitely been there a couple of times if I had more time. Only the negative was the crowd but this's NYC and you shouldn't be here at all if you are uncomfortable with crowds More

Eataly was quite something. Although you can't see it from the outside, inside is a bustling market of goods and eats. We put our names down for La Pizza & La Pasta, waiting 30 minutes. During that time, we toured the premises and was entertained by the variety of good sold here. Food quality at La Pizza & La Pasta... More

Shop a hundred kinds of Italian pasta, eat in a variety of traditional restaurants, buy plates and gadgets, oogle beautiful vegetables, sip expresso, slurp gelato. Like being on the best food street of Italy. The collection of food and food related Italian goodies is grand. Within this place, the only one in the USA, you can taste the true Italy.... More

By pure chance I stumbled on this place, just wanted to have coffee before all shops are open and OMG this place rocks, spent 30 mins going through each aisle looking at their stuff and it's like a little part of Italy I swear I have never seen this much pasta variety outside Italy! They they even have a travel... More

If you like food, go to Eataly. That's all I can say. We ate at Manzo, and it was lovely. Hard to say whether we enjoyed wandering around looking at everything, or our meal the best. I will definitely return to shop, and to check out the beer garden when the weather is warmer. You really can't miss Eataly. It's... More

It's a new "gotta get there" spot in NY. Directly across from Madison Square Park, and in sight of the Flat Iron Building, this italian market/eating spot is not to be missed. keep in mind that it is not a traditional restaurant, in that you eat in the area of "food" you prefer. You want pizza? Eat at the pizza... More
