Look everyone loves this place, me too. That being said don't pass up the rich perfect specialty coffee. We had both a cappuccino and an espresso macchiato. PERFECT. Don't pass up the excellent gelato. The salted caramel is my favorite. Any visit to Chelsea needs to include a stop here for an hour or two.. Come hungry.

Recommend allowing enough time to browse the gadgets, the books, and the Italian delicacies. We had a glass of wine while shopping, then headed to the rooftop beer restaurant and had a salumi plate with 5 types of thinly sliced meats along with 3 cheeses, which was served with honey and wonderful bread that they bake there 24/7/365. 7 restaurants... Wow! Eataly is a fun, vibrant place! It is visually stunning with all of the various food products on display. It is raucous with a variety of restaurants crammed on top of each other in the cavernous space. The night we were there it was very crowded and the eating places were doing a booming business. If there is a... More

Eataly was fantastic. The gelato was delicious. All the different options for food was great too. I got to try different grab and go items I haven't seen before. It does stay pretty crowded.

How did I not know this was here! A friend told me about Eataly and I went tonight to check it out. It is overwhelming! 50,000 sq ft of all things Italy! If you love Italy, or Italian food, you must go here. I wanted to eat at all of the restaurants, but ended up with one of the personal... More

Eataly is a major tourist attraction in NYC. The store is split into sections for every food category from pasta to italian pastries. There are also a few very good restaurants (with usually long waits) here. The produce section is overpriced. Everything else though is very impressive for Italian foodies!

Great Italian supermarket dedicated to all things Italian. Wonderful array of food and drink with areas in which you can sample some of the delights on offer. Bread, pasta, wine, jams, pizza, pastries - also kitchen accessories on sale - wish we had one in London, I would buy everything!
