There was a LivingSocial coupon and the day I went, a THURS, The line curved around the bldg! I would say our wait was about 30-35 minutes. The cost is too expensive: $40 weekday, $50 weekend. When arriving you are given an electronic wristband for purchases and your lockers: one for shoes, one for clothes. Locker size was appropriate and... More

I wanted to write a review of this place because I felt there was a lot of negativity in the previous posts. In terms of my visit I would say that it was overall pretty good! We got there early and beat the crowds. I think what people don't understand is that spa castle doesn't promote itself as this luxurious... More

I went there with my husband last week. First of all, one needs to adjust the expectation of 'spa'. I think it would be more appropriate to call it a 'mini water park' with sauna facility. The outdoor pools were indeed very nice with strong water jets. One must try the 'waterfall', with warm water falling from above to 'hit'... More

When I first went to spa it was wonderful. However, now it is Horrible with a capital H. Now there is a whole bunch of children jumping around and it takes away the tranquilty and relaxing environment which is associated with "spa's". It is also fifthly and seem more like an amusement park. and also lesson time I went but... More

Spa Castle is a traditional Korean Bath located in College Point, Queens. The Spa features hot and cold therapeutic baths, mineral saunas, a relaxation room with loungers and a variety of massage and beauty services (at extra charge). It attracts a family clientele, largely Asian. The best time to come is during cold winter days when one can sit in... More

I love this place! I have been there a few times. Its always super clean. It is a great place for families because u can relax and watch your kids at the same time. It can get crowded but i have never had a problem with it. I found if you go after 2 pm its not as bad as... More

I believe this type of spa is actually what is called a jjimjilbang in Korea -- a wellness center where anyone can spend time dressed in the shorts and t-shirts provided and chill-out in various heated (or cooled) rooms and pools -- or even take a nap. I enjoyed my first visit to Spa Castle, but it's good to know... More

I used to be a fan of this Korean spa when it was new because it was spacious, clean and restful with a mostly Korean clientele. No more. I recently went back to sadly find the spa was crowded with children and a lowlife element, dirty, noisy and more like a water park than a refuge. Admission is now 50... More

"I liked it". "This is a place to snooze", but the music on TV was very high and this takes away peace. There is a restaurant, but when we were going to eat was closed. There were kids everywhere. I think they can improve their service.

Good Spa only a few things that I would change. No children between certain hours adults only. Sauna Valley was wonderful but to close to the televisions and you can hear the noises from outside. The salad bar was wonderful and the drinks were great. So for $50.00 it's worth it. But the extra services that you must pay for.... More
