I love this place! I have been there a few times. Its always super clean. It is a great place for families because u can relax and watch your kids at the same time. It can get crowded but i have never had a problem with it. I found if you go after 2 pm its not as bad as... More

I believe this type of spa is actually what is called a jjimjilbang in Korea -- a wellness center where anyone can spend time dressed in the shorts and t-shirts provided and chill-out in various heated (or cooled) rooms and pools -- or even take a nap. I enjoyed my first visit to Spa Castle, but it's good to know... More

I used to be a fan of this Korean spa when it was new because it was spacious, clean and restful with a mostly Korean clientele. No more. I recently went back to sadly find the spa was crowded with children and a lowlife element, dirty, noisy and more like a water park than a refuge. Admission is now 50... More

"I liked it". "This is a place to snooze", but the music on TV was very high and this takes away peace. There is a restaurant, but when we were going to eat was closed. There were kids everywhere. I think they can improve their service.

Visited from out of town. The Spa Castle has a policy that once you step in you can't leave without repaying for admission. Could not return to hotel to checking. Crowded with no outdoor seating by the pool.

Good Spa only a few things that I would change. No children between certain hours adults only. Sauna Valley was wonderful but to close to the televisions and you can hear the noises from outside. The salad bar was wonderful and the drinks were great. So for $50.00 it's worth it. But the extra services that you must pay for.... More

This is an interesting "concept" of Spa.. It's in a pretty area of Queens..In a building you just wouldn't expect housed such a facility..they have different rates for week days and weekends( the latter being the more pricey)..There are many jacuzzi's, various pools, saunas, steam rooms ( some quite interesting..a"salt" one)..there are various services offered..all for a price ..there is a changing... I could spend all day at this place. My visit here wa so relaxing. The pros: Many jacuzzis, massage jets in pools, heated pools, indoor/outdoor pools, children's pool, childrens play area, different temperature saunas, swim up bar. The cons: Food is pricey, You need to be completely naked in bathing area (I didn't mind but some people may have- you... More

Every year we come here for our family Birthday celebration. This year We found drastic change in service and taste of food. They increased the entrance from $45/-to $50/- during weekend and $35 to $40/- during weekday. They started charging for the uniform. Like ever year we had our lunch at first floor. Food was good and service was prompt.... More
