I enjoyed the two times I visited. However, my first time a little turned off with kids all over the place.I would never go on the weekends. It would be 100 percent better if it was for adults only. It doesn't feel like a spa, more of a water park. The food is overpriced. The chicken wings are good and... More

Rude, disgusting cashiers, managers and security. I spent 700.00 dollars and was treated like crap. They talk and laugh about you in Korean while there's an issue checking out. They pushed to the limit where I finally lost it. Said things I normally never would and really left after spending so much money more stressed than when I came in.... More

Reading other reviews and speaking to a few past patrons I decided to go on a Monday. It rocked. Go early in the morning and spend the day relaxing. Please note that you can only bring bathing suite and a towel. Everything else was pretty pricey.

This is one of my favorite places in New York. Anytime someone comes to visit from out of town, this is where I take them. You can't beat $35 for an all day relaxing experience. When I first started going to SpaCastle, we were probably the only black people there, which was a bit odd in the nude areas. It... More

Spa Castle is Unique. There's no massage facility that I know of in NY that you can kill 1, 3, 8 hours so easily and at so little cost. I try to go here once a quater. I spend $200 and that's indulgent. I could easily spend just the entry fee and have an amazing day. The entry fee provides... More

When you are required to be naked are the men and women put together? I get nervous taking all my clothes off in front of women! This is something that I'm trying to overcome. I think being naked will increase your body image and confident in yourself. If you are suffering from social anxiety this will certainly help you.

My friend and I planned a relaxing spa day and instead we felt like we stepped into a six flags theme park. Kids running around, loud shouting on all floors. The discusting part was no shoes, anywhere including the bathrooms (yes, bathrooms). The staff is non responsive and rude. No one there seems to care. If you are looking for... More

My friend and I go to a spa periodically. This time we wanted to try the Spa Castle in College Point. From the cashier taking our $45 entry fee, to the check out cashier, the experience was a disaster. I have been sassed and scolded before I even got to the lockers. From there on it has been one disappointment... More

I'm not one to write a negative review, but what we experienced here today needs to be shared! Bare foot except for "bought, two-left feet, unwrapped, slippers at $5" was our first disappointment. Next, the unusual way to change...with "uniforms" of shorts/shirt to wear...in a same sex locker room with naked women whether you wanted to see them or not...and... More
