Beware... Posted hours are til midnight daily... When you try to call to confirm they don't answer but the automated line says the same thing. Tried to go on a Sunday night to relax a few hours. I was willing to pay the full day rate even though I arrived around 8:45pm. One I paid... Then I was informed that... More

Came here on a weekend for a nice relaxing spa day. BOY did I come to the wrong place. This is anything but a spa and it does not have a spa like atmosphere. It was a glorified public pool. The potential for this place could be great; however, it's a waste of money. First, the ladies working in the... More

.......when it's not crowded. I really do enjoy this place. Whenever I go, I call it a daycation. There are some drawbacks to going here. One, kids shouldn't be allowed. This should be an adults only facility (as most Spas should). Second, the staff has no clue how to hospitable. (Front desk is kinda useless unless you're a regular ).... More

I recently visited Spa Castle for the first time. My first impressions were that it could be a great place. However, the more I walked around the more I felt it was a glorified public pool. I had a Groupon for 15 bucks. The actual cost was more like 40. Absolutely, no way would I pay that price. There is... More

This is the facility at 115 E57th street NYC not the Queens location. Went there on Sunday late afternoon. Much like Disney, I feel your ability to enjoy this place is tied directly into the amount of people there. It was not crowded when we went and we had a super time. Staff was very nice. Locker rooms was clean.... More

I was super excited to visit spa castle, things quickly went to just ok. Parking is a plus once I drove around the block twice. Entering you pay and then you quickly searched for food or beverages. If you have never been before you can get lost in the mix. Locker Room (ladies) everyone is naked yuck. I do feel... More

The overall experience was goods, however, I was very disappointed to see so many little kids with floats and pool toys inside the pools. The main reason I went to a SPA was to RELAX and enjoy myself. Not to fight over a chair or to share with some stranger’s kid who was stubborn to move out of my chair.... More

Clean, Hygienic, super atmosphere and a wonderfully relaxing evening with friends at any time of the year - summer or winter... This spa castle is needed after a tiring day of work or shopping. For the international travellers from SA, this is really a treat as this is unlike anything available in SA. Sushi and food were delicious and freshly... More

I always enjoy myself here. There's a variety of pools, spas, and a nice bar. It's pretty pricey to go here, $50 admission and $18 drinks at the bar, but worth the time if you need to get away from the city life and clear your mind. Easy to drive to, right off the Whitestone bridge. Just brace youself for... More
