Have to say that as a NYC resident, I don't typically go on the tours, but went on The Ride and thoroughly enjoyed it. Learned stuff about some of the famous architecture in this magical city and enjoyed the interactive part. Getting to see the city this way is a must for any visitors...and watching the people on the street... More

The Ride was a fun way to see Times Square without the crowds and craziness. A combo of a tour bus with a show, the hosts (Scott and Jackie) were very entertaining and quick-witted, while still giving great info on the sites and buildings you passed. It is expensive, but for us was one of our favorite things (and we... More

This looked like so much fun that we stood in line for over an hour to get our tickets. The bus is cool looking and the seats are set up stadium style, so there really is not a bad seat. But, what a disappointment. We thought the idea of sidewalk entertainment would be a fun twist to the normal tour,... More

This is definitely one of the most sought after attraction in New York. I stood in line for hours to get my ticket. The presenters for the trip were phenomenal...The guy looked like Justin Bieber and the female host look like Selina Gomez. The interactive talent involved with this attraction was unbelievable. I can't wait upon my return to New... More

We were trying to decided between getting same-day tickets for another Broadway show or The Ride. The girls decided on The Ride...I'm so glad we did! While I love Broadway, my tween girls had a fabulous time on The Ride. Oh, and so did I. The guides were so talented and entertaining. The sites were wonderful. I highly recommend the... More

The concept is great. Sideways facing seats with glass sides and roof. Tour guides and street performers popping up just for you along the way. After initially feeling like an animal on show in a zoo I ended up really enjoying the amusement and surprise on people's faces as we drove along waving merrily at people. The two guides were... My rating (poor) may be an overstatement because it's based on ONE element of this tour, but a very essential element....our tour guide. She was a young, very energetic girl (from Canada) whose high pitched, VERY loud voice felt like fingernails on a chalkboard to our ears. She was so animated in her presentation that it just came across as... More

We did The Ride because it was part of the NY Pass and was included. First - I called to find out how soon in advance you need to get the tickets, and I was told that they start selling at 9:00 am and are usually sold out by 11:00. So we showed up at 8:45 am, and they were... More

My family and I did this ride earlier today. It was the most fun I have had on any tour so far. Scott and Jack were so great. As a travel agent I will definitely recommend this to all my clients

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
