Due to the weather there were only 4 of us on the boat, there was a guide who explained all about the piers the rivers the local areas and how to get to attractions. The water taxi goes from pier 78 right down under Brooklyn Bridge past the Statue of Liberty so get fantastic pictures of New York from the... More

We did the statue by night tour a few days ago and up until that point I wasn't feeling the NYC vibe. My partner booked two tickets on the water taxi and it was amazing, the sight's were beautiful and the tour guide Joey was informative and more importantly had a great sense of humour . He made the whole... More

After reading tripadvisor, we decided to get the water taxi instead of the tours to the Statue of Liberty to avoid the crowds, security checking etc. Was the best decision we could make. Although it can get a bit crowded as well, specially on Sundays, the kids had a lot of fun. We stopped in Brooklyn, what should have been... More

The cruise was great, commentary was great. The complimentary champagne (or cider) was nice and the last serving was full of energy and great to deal with. Worth it to go and see the city by night, it was truly an incredible experience.

I did the Statue By night trip and I have to say it was wonderful, the speaker was very informative and got everyone involved, we were taken along the water so we could get pictures of the New York City Skyline by night, with all of the lights on, it was breathe taking! We then went out to the statue... More

We went on the New York Water Taxi. We were rushing to get the boat that was in the pier. They actually came back to the dock to let us on which saved us alot of time. Joey gave a very good tour and gave us some nice places to eat and more importantly drink - Rudys :-)

Saturday November 15th, 2014 after spending the previous day walking a lot in NYC we decided to use the New-York Water Taxi service. I want to mention that we never use guided tours in any of our travels and did not know when we purchased these tickets that there would be some animation and a guide as well, we just... More

We were staying in midtown Manhattan, and wanted to use a water taxi instead of the yellow cabs. We did not expect a history lesson of New york as we departed from pier 79 to the memorial 9/11 in the financial district. It was interesting and the view of the city was amazing. After our time in Wall street ,... More

We just had a lovely experience with tour guide Matthew he had lovely insights into the history and background information of all the buildings on the tour. Fun, sights, information and champagne. Need I say more.
