I was almost thrown off by the many reviews on here about long waits and not being able to get on the water taxis, etc. Well....I asked the person I bought the ticket from before I purchased. They informed me that only on days with huge volumes of people like July 4th or parade days or marathons and the like... More

Had fun with water taxi yesterday, pier 17 was closed so we moved to per11. My family enjoyed the sightseeing and took a lot of pictures. Definitely will comeback.

We were lucky enough to have a "super moon" the night we took our cruise. The weather was beautiful so we could see for miles. The cruise took us pretty close to the Statue of Liberty for pictures and the staff offered to take our pictures. The director of the cruise was a bit cheezy but it didn't bother me.... More

Staying in midtown on 8th Avenue it was a no brainer using this hop on hop off service to get to Wall St and 9/11. We also took a cruise via rivals Circle Line tours, but the hop on hop off nature was more suited to reaching these places at a more sedate pace and picturesque route than say by... More

An excellent way to see NYC if you are in a hurry, especially on a clear, sunny but very cold winter’s day. The ticket offered a Hop-on/Hop-off option that provided a very quick and efficient way to get around New York, but we chose to stay on board and do the whole tour in one trip. Our guide for the... We wanted to go around the Statue of Liberty and ellis island however the line was insane. We went to talk to the water taxi folks and they convinced us we should go with them. This was the best decision or us. We bought the all day access pass and were allowed to jump on and off at any location.... More

Just had a thoroughly enjoyable day on the New York Water Taxi. JP was our tour guide and he was informative and fun. Nicole, if you are reading this - It is very obvious he loves you. You are mentioned a lot! Not that it bothered us in the slightest. We did a bus tour earlier in week and the... More
