This was 'free' with our New York Pass. Used to to get back to our hotel after a day downtown. Found the service great. Staff super friendly and the guide on the water taxi was very informative. Perfect way to visit Statue of Liberty for water pictures without the crowds.

We did the night tour and ordered our tickets online and used our e-tickets on our phones to board. The boat had seating outside on top deck and indoors as well. We made sure we arrived early as we wanted to be on the top deck and were near the front of the queue but we found out there was... More

Loved the historical information provided by the guides. Way to see the sites from a different viewpoint. Only improvement I would recommend is to accept etickets via cell phone.

The hop on hop off of the water taxi makes it a great way to get around the city. We made the short walk from our Times Square hotel to catch the water taxi at pier 79. We were traveling down to the 9/11 museum so found the Battery Park stop just the ticket ! The added advantage is that... More

We initially went to book the circle cruise and changed our minds due to departure times of the boats. So glad we did as we were able to hope on and off the water taxi at various locations which you can't do on the circle cruise. Don't worry which side you're on for the Statue of Liberty as the boat... More

I was almost thrown off by the many reviews on here about long waits and not being able to get on the water taxis, etc. Well....I asked the person I bought the ticket from before I purchased. They informed me that only on days with huge volumes of people like July 4th or parade days or marathons and the like... More

We were lucky enough to have a "super moon" the night we took our cruise. The weather was beautiful so we could see for miles. The cruise took us pretty close to the Statue of Liberty for pictures and the staff offered to take our pictures. The director of the cruise was a bit cheezy but it didn't bother me.... More
