There are no cooler couples in the world than those that take Pizza a Casa's pizza class -- and the coolest of them all are Mark and Jenn, who are kind, charismatic, and true pizza experts. The class is well-paced, informative, and will dispel any fear you have of making homemade pizza (coming from a recently-reformed dough-phobic). Sip a Sixpoint,... More

I husband and I had the pleasure of spending last Friday with 6 other couples learning about, making and eating top notch pizza at this wonderful institution. One of the top 5 dates ever, and we've been married for 29 years! We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, by Mark and his wife, Jenn. The instruction... More

The staff are super engaging and enthusiastic, all the while offering extremely helpful tips towards making your best pizza ever! I am so excited to take my new knowledge home and put it to use in the kitchen. We already have... More

What more can we say other than you won't regret taking this pizza class. My husband and I had such a great time and learned how easy the art of making great pizza in your own home really is. Our instructor Mark was so knowledgeable and accommodating to all our needs along with his wife Jenny and the rest of... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed taking this pizza making class. I have made pizzas at home before, but I still learned a lot of tricks I am excited to try out next time I make pizza. I would highly recommend it and the instructor Neil was entertaining and knowledgeable.

My wife and I attended a class on a Friday. We had a wonderful time. The staff were very knowledgable, friendly and fun. The class is worth it, my home made pizza is much better because of it.

I attended this class with my family for my birthday. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun we had and how much we learned. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful every step of the way. We worked together to make the dough and got to taste many different pizzas throughout the lesson. You... More

It starts out a little slow, but once you get going you learn how to make some fantastic pizza from scratch. I was very impressed and have put those skills to work at home a few times to some impressive reviews. The process is very straight forward, from dough to stretching it, to toppings, sauces and cooking. The real challenge... More

Very fun class and incredible experience. Mark is very passionate about his pizzas and kept us on our toes for the over four hours! This is a great class for both experienced and novice pizza makers - as it goes through everything from the history of pizza to what ingredients to use. We left the class with some new skills... Excellent time with 5 different people of various levels of cooking abilities and an equally wide age range. Hosts were very organized and helpful. Be sure to book this experience early in your trip as you will come away with many pizzas.
