My wife and i attended the pizza making/truffle class this weekend and were both extremely impressed with the experience. We were greeted with Prosecco and appetizers. As we dined on the appetizers, Mark began to educate us on the dough making process. He demonstrated how to create four different unique pizzas ranging from a traditional Margherita to pizzas with incredibly... More

If you're looking for four fantastic hours, this is it! The time went by so fast because from start to finish, you are having fun. First you learn to make dough, then you sample cheese, sauce and pizza that the owners make in front of you. The last half finishes with you making your own pizzas using your dough. Very... More

We had an awesome time with Mark, Jenny, Jenn and special guest, truffle master, Rosario at Pizza a Casa's "Truffle Fest" couples class. It was such a memorable surprise for my boyfriend's birthday...and we can't wait to put the lessons to good use at home! The pizza was great (including the ones we made), wine was devine and everyone who... More

Just returned from a pasta making class at Pizza a Casa. What a cool and fun experience! Mark and his team do a great job educating you on all of things you ever wanted to know about pasta. You then go on to make four different types of pastas from scratch. It's so much fun and delicious. As a recommendation..be... More

We attended a "Couples Pizza Making Night" and had a blast! I am still not sure where the four hours went, but I was not ever bored. After learning how to make pizza dough, we got to sample four different types of pizza--do not miss the homemade sausage one, meat lovers!--and to then try our hands at making our own.... More

My husband and I went to Pizza a Cada with our three children and had an amazing time. We are not chefs by any means! And yet the staff guided us through the process of pizza-making from the most basic level to us leaving there confident that we can make quality pizza at home. Normally my family's attention span drops... More

What a treat this was! We are a couple with two boys and this will become the highlight of our New York trip. Mark and Jenny and their entire team were so engaging. We learned so much about pizza making, got to taste some amazing cheese, had some yummy sausage, ate their pizza and got to create our own pizzas.... More

This was one of my favourite things about my trip to NYC! Mark and Jenny were so accommodating, making sure they could fit me into a class when the one I had booked wasn't able to go ahead, their communication was excellent and they had me re-booked in no time. The class was so much fun, I learnt so many... More

Hey Alison - it would have been crazy for you to make it all the way here from Australia without getting your pizza lesson on! Thanks for being flexible with the date, and hope the balance of your time here was as wonderful as the class you attended. More

We went to New York on a 4 day pizza binge and this class was a fantastic addition. I've made pizza at home for a couple years after receiving some pointers from a friend and learning from the Internet. I wish I had taken this class sooner! It made making pizza very simple and fun, and made me realize that... More
