My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed taking this pizza making class. I have made pizzas at home before, but I still learned a lot of tricks I am excited to try out next time I make pizza. I would highly recommend it and the instructor Neil was entertaining and knowledgeable.

My wife and I attended a class on a Friday. We had a wonderful time. The staff were very knowledgable, friendly and fun. The class is worth it, my home made pizza is much better because of it.

I attended this class with my family for my birthday. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun we had and how much we learned. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful every step of the way. We worked together to make the dough and got to taste many different pizzas throughout the lesson. You... More

It starts out a little slow, but once you get going you learn how to make some fantastic pizza from scratch. I was very impressed and have put those skills to work at home a few times to some impressive reviews. The process is very straight forward, from dough to stretching it, to toppings, sauces and cooking. The real challenge... More

Very fun class and incredible experience. Mark is very passionate about his pizzas and kept us on our toes for the over four hours! This is a great class for both experienced and novice pizza makers - as it goes through everything from the history of pizza to what ingredients to use. We left the class with some new skills... Excellent time with 5 different people of various levels of cooking abilities and an equally wide age range. Hosts were very organized and helpful. Be sure to book this experience early in your trip as you will come away with many pizzas.

We had an absolute blast during this cooking school. Our group contained teenagers and a few adults with little to no cooking experience. Instruction was easy to understand and it was very clear that the owners are passionate about making a excellent pizza. So much fun to do as a group! We laughed, ate too much, and learned a lot.... Attended the class this past Friday night to make pizza...Class started around 6:15PM and was scheduled for 4 hours. Tip: either have a snack before you come OR you will be waiting for about 1.5 hours before getting to eat. I recommend that Pizza a Casa make two pizzas ahead of time and give out some "samples" at the start... More

Went with a client team to celebrate the conclusion of a project. It was so much more fun than going to a dinner where you only get to talk to the people on either side. This is way more interactive. Oh and of course Mark and his wife are incredible hosts. They make you feel as if you are in... More

At first we weren't sure how going to a pizza making class was going to turn out. But after a few minutes with Mark and his wife Jenny and assistants Max and Topi, we knew we were in for a great evening. Mark is a fantastic teacher with an in-depth knowledge of food (pizza in particular) and he joyously imparted... More
