This was one of the best things on our whole trip! The gang were friendly and inviting when we got there, making us feel welcome. There was about 8 couples on our course but they made sure everyone was looked after and could ask any questions. The pizza's were amazing that they made and then they helped us make ones... More

Came here with a group from work. Not only did we all have a great time, but I also made by far the best homemade pizza I have ever made! All instructors were great, and Mark did a really great job of delivering tons of information in a practical, concise, and clear manner.

We went for my friend's birthday and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. As 4 pizza lovers, it was informative, fun, creative and we all had a blast. Sampling pizzas, learning how to make pizza, a little education on ingredients and then allowing our own creative expression in making 4 pies each! The owners were wonderful,... More

The company I work for hosted a private summer event here back in August. It was a wonderful experience! Jenny, Neil, and Mark were very patient with a big team of 25 people. They were organized, attentive, funny, & extremely patient. Neil made the class very interesting with all the information about pizza, jokes, and his tech gadgets. Believe me,... More

Had a blast - learned to make our own dough. Who knew how easy? Great pizza flavor combos. Best pizza ever and we can do it! Thanks Neil and crew.

This was an awesome activity. We went with a big group for work and it was perfect. I'd also come with friends or on a date! We ate so much, had good wine and laughed the whole time. Neal Mike & Topi were hysterical and very helpful and we had tons of pizza to bring home with us after. Will... More

We live in the NY and we should have done this sooner. Lots of fun, good eats and you will be making great pizza by the end of the evening. Thanks to Pizza Pros Neil and Topi for a great evening

My teenage daughter and I joined as a "couples" team, and this was one of the great highlights of our two weeks in NY. You learn the basics, everything from how to make and form an excellent yeast-based dough, when ingredients go on for best flavor, and how to use (previously intimidating) pizza contraptions such as stone and peel. I'm... More

Mark and Neil did a masterful job. The teaching was simple, yet brilliant. The atmosphere was pleasant and the pizza was delicious. Even for folks that know how to make pizza from scratch, they will learn so many nuances to better their pizza. And for beginners, it's probably like magic. Highly recommended, especially with someone else.

Came here for a fun team building activity for work and every one really enjoyed themselves. The school provided drinks and all materials, samples of all the pizzas prior to the class beginning and made it really fun to learn how to make your own pizza. I would do this again.

Staying in Lower East Side

Neighborhood Profile
Lower East Side
Straddling the bridge between New York’s thriving immigrant past and its modern transformation into a beacon of global art and culture, the Lower East Side is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the city. The blocks of tenements that represented the promise and blight of the Lower East Side immigrant experience now command top dollar for new residents. Right next to old-world delis, 24-hour bodegas, and the garment shops of Orchard Street, you’ll find hip clubs, fashionable bistros, and luxury hotels beckoning at all hours of the evening. If you love nightlife and live music, it’s hard to beat the scene here.
