Very fun class and incredible experience. Mark is very passionate about his pizzas and kept us on our toes for the over four hours! This is a great class for both experienced and novice pizza makers - as it goes through everything from the history of pizza to what ingredients to use. We left the class with some new skills... Excellent time with 5 different people of various levels of cooking abilities and an equally wide age range. Hosts were very organized and helpful. Be sure to book this experience early in your trip as you will come away with many pizzas.

We had an absolute blast during this cooking school. Our group contained teenagers and a few adults with little to no cooking experience. Instruction was easy to understand and it was very clear that the owners are passionate about making a excellent pizza. So much fun to do as a group! We laughed, ate too much, and learned a lot.... Attended the class this past Friday night to make pizza...Class started around 6:15PM and was scheduled for 4 hours. Tip: either have a snack before you come OR you will be waiting for about 1.5 hours before getting to eat. I recommend that Pizza a Casa make two pizzas ahead of time and give out some "samples" at the start... More

Went with a client team to celebrate the conclusion of a project. It was so much more fun than going to a dinner where you only get to talk to the people on either side. This is way more interactive. Oh and of course Mark and his wife are incredible hosts. They make you feel as if you are in... More

At first we weren't sure how going to a pizza making class was going to turn out. But after a few minutes with Mark and his wife Jenny and assistants Max and Topi, we knew we were in for a great evening. Mark is a fantastic teacher with an in-depth knowledge of food (pizza in particular) and he joyously imparted... More

We did the pizza class with Neil. What a fantastically delicious experience. The entire staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Neil explains step by step how to make the pizzas. Not only do we now know how to make pizza, but we got to take 4 pies homes each. They have so many ingredients, you can do basically do any... More

What a great night. We just loved this. 4 informative and fun hours from sipping wine and tasting cheese, while learning about it, to actually making pizza from scratch. The best part, well the best part of the many reasons to take this is the staff. Neil, Max and Topie help and teach every step of the way. You measure... More

Pizza a Casa is absolutely legit. My girlfriend and I took a class on March 23 and 1) had a blast, 2) learned a lot, and 3) got jazzed to make more pizza. I'm a good cook, and I didn't think I would really learn much from this -- but I could not believe how much insight I got into... More
