This was an exciting way to see NYC. We saw everything from the 9-11 Memorial Pools to Harlem's Apollo Theatre and Yankee Statium in the Bronx. Doesn't get as close to the Statue of Liberty as I thought it would. Great commentary and a fun pilot!

Turned up on a Saturday morning 30 minutes later we were airborne. Amazing! Really the highlight of our trip to New York!

we had a great time enjoying our helicopter tour in NYC. It's worthy for the money especially 1st time visitor as we are.

Really well organised from arrival, through security to departure and back again. A very smooth (albeit quick) trip but you see all that you need to see from some fantastic angles. It's not cheap but is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I am so glad we took. Customer Service pre flight was great and it really couldn't have... More

Sights were great....I think. I wouldn't really know because the audio portion of our tour didn't work so we had no idea what we were looking at. When complaining to the company about no audio and asking for a 50% refund or some type of credit, we were offered a $30 picture for free. REALLY?! I have tried contacting them... More

I had seen an offer on groupon and purchased due to the great deal. When initially booking the flight, Ruth in customer services was so helpful and provided plenty of details as well as sending a confirmation email with all of the important information. Unfortunately on the day of our flight, there were storms and torrential rain around NYC, so... More

I saw Manhattan Helicopters advertised on Groupon but as I'm not based in the US I couldn't book through there so I emailed and asked if I could have the same deal, they came back to me really quickly and said no problem and everything was sorted really quickly and easily through email. Great customer service experience! The flight itself... More

It was the first time my wife and I had ever been in a helicopter so we were a little nervous, especially because it was a windy day. However, the safety briefing and friendly staff helped ease the nerves that by the time we jumped into the helicopter (my wife was lucky enough to sit shot gun with the pilot!)... More

I booked this tour for my man’s birthday on Sat. Nov 22. For the price paid for 15 minute tour, I was more than disappointed to say the least. If you are lucky enough to get a window seat, it is good, if not it is a complete waste of good money. Fortunately my man had a window seat and... More

Do not pay $125-175 per person to take a Manhattan Helicopter tour if you are small or slim--they will put you in the middle in the back & you will see nothing. Save your money & go to the top of the Empire State Building instead.
