My wife and I visited New York City for the day. We had read about Central Park Bike Tours on the internet and decided to try it out. So much better than being squashed on a stuffy tour bus or fighting your way through all the pedestrians. It was wonderful! Our bicycles were in great condition.

We didn't make the tour so we hired bikes for 3 hours instead. The bikes were good quality and well maintained. It was great fun riding around the park. The park is large and I highly recommend renting a bicycle to see it.

We rented bikes to ride through Central Park, Unfortunately, we did not realize that one of the bikes would not shift gears until we were part way around Central Park. We have rented bikes in other cities and grade the quality of these bikes as inferior to what have been provided by other rental places. When we returned the bikes... More

We visited New York in May, 2015 and hired bikes. The bikes were great, comfortable. The experience enhanced our already enjoyable trip. We would highly recommend this. We really had a great time renting a bicycle.

Awesome way to explore Central Park. Bikes are comfortable and well maintained. This gives you a good overview of the park so when you come to New York City you can explore on your own. Fresh air and away from all the traffic! Would definitely do it again.

We spent a wonderful afternoon. Bike rental is a great way to see the central park. This has been one of the best things I've done in New york. Great customer service, excellent bikes. Next time do this again.

I started walking to colombus circle to find for bike rental with my 7 year old kid. I saw a sales guy with sign board calling for me trying to sell bike rentals. I got lucky, he walked me 2 blocks away to their office between 57 and 58 street. 9th avenue. I went and paid direct to rental office,... More

Don't book a tour just hire a bike and you can do your own thing at your own pace. It is a best way to see Central Park. There were thousands of people cycling, running. This was a wonderful way to learn about Central Park and see more of it than we ever could have on foot. Highly recommend!

We hired 2 bikes for two hours ride. A very relaxing way to see the park, stopping when you want to have lunch or see the sights. A good way to get around the park. We had a great experience. Highly reccomend!

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
