We had a great trip through centralpark. We came spontaneously to the store and the trip began half an hour later. The bikes were good. Our guide Stan was awesome. At the beginning he asked for wishes, he had many storys to tell and was super funny. You could recognize he is doing his job with heart and soul. The... More

Awful experience with Central Park Sightseeing! I called them to book a 30-minute ($50) carriage ride in Central Park. They mistakenly booked me for the 50-minute ($130) carriage ride and they refused to refund my money. Staff was very rude and unreasonable. They put a big damper on my mother's 88th birthday celebration. I recommend Central Park Horses. Very courteous,... More

We went on the pedal ride and our guide was wonderful, he took a lot of pictures of us and pointed out many interesting things that we would have other wise missed.

The customer service at this business is appalling! I rang on Boxing Day to express my concerns about the poor treatment we received on Christmas Day, when taking a horse and carriage ride through Central Park. On the phone I was told to email my complaint and that someone would get back to me; it has now been over 2... More

We had a short time frame and really wanted to see Central Park. We paid $100 plus tip for an hour pedicab tour of the park. Our driver provided a good commentary. In three places, he stopped, and we had time to walk closer to certain spots. He went with us to the famous bridge and took good photos with... More

We told the guy we wanted to see the lakes and gardens hired two bikes for two hours they charged $45 incl tax. We lasted 45 mins in minus 10degress as you can't even ride your bike close to the park. He never told us this. We went back within an hour they wouldn't refund the other hour we had... More

Central Park Sightseeing was definitely worth the visit; the employees were friendly and very helpful. They were very cheerful and approachable - no problems there. The wait in line wasn't very bad either; there were only 4 people ahead of us. And, they were in and out. I would highly recommend Central Park Sightseeing to any of my family or... More

When we booked it, it was stated a 45 minute horse ride. But in fact is a 15 minute horse ride. The area it's covered is very small. Definitely not worth ~ $40 dollars. Beside, the the horse rider (or driver or however they are called) did not even bother to talk to us when you were trying to initial... More

Definitely worth seeing the amazing Central Park on a bike. there are special lanes to stay in so as to not get in the way of others and there are plenty of signs to help you plus you get a handy map from the rental guys. They are very cheerful, bikes are well maintained and you can get a basket... More

Firstly, apologies to the cycling team it has taken us so long to write this review given we visited in October 2014. If tight for time in NYC and like us, you want to take in as much of this fantastic city as possible, this two hour flavour of Central Park on a leisurely cycle ride is a good option.... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
