We went on this walking tour with Mike Gio and it was certainly one of the highlights of our visit to NYC. Mike was very informative, and more importantly was very enthusiastic and passionate when describing the history, culture and sights of this area of the city. When the tour was over he was helpful in suggesting nearby eating establishments... More

Highly recommend these tours for any age! the tour guides are excellent, tell you the historical background, stories about the city and they are funny! The 2 hours are just the right time to explore the site, and to continue there by yourself afterwards. The online communication, registration and other organisation thing are well organised and easy to do.

If our tour of Greenwich Village is any indication of all the tours by this group then, by all means, use this group to see NYC!!! Our tour of the Village lasted the entire 2 hours and it was full of interesting and informative information about the area, those who have lived there, are still living there and the many... More

Took both the Harlem and the Bushwick Graffiti tours. I learned and great deal on both and the tour guides were terrific. Will do more on my next trip to NYC and will check out the Boston tours as well.

If you want to enjoy some of NY's great food take the Lower East Side Food Tour with Dante. He is an excellent tour guide. Gives you short but worthy details about the area. Makes great food suggestions at each stop. In fact, we even went back the next day to eat at his suggestions again. This is an excellent... More

Took the night tour with Onel. Excellent tour!!! Highly recommended !!! Do not miss it when in NY!!! Onel is a fountain of knowledge, loves NY and has what it takes to make you fall in love with NY as well. We learned a lot from all aspects: historical, architecture, personal and more. Learning about the 9/11 memorial and the... More

I did the Alternative Tour on the Wild Side with Free Tours by Foot on my first day and it definitely helped me to get a brief vision of the city. I saw a part of NYC that I wouldn't have appreciated in the same way had I just wandered around the East Village myself. Dante Salerno is not only... More

My wife and I traveled to NYC to explore the city on a budget. John Gallagher was our night tour guide and he was excellent. He used humor, history, and conversations to learn about the city. He did a great job connecting with his guests in between stops and made everyone feel comfortable. He also was awesome informing us the... More

We took this tour on a very hot afternoon in New York City. There were 25 people on the tour and the guide did an outstanding job. Took us around lower Manhattan and we cover about 1 mile in two hours. It was a free tour and the guide did it for tips. Only about 10 of us made the... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 hours with Mike, meandering through SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown. Firstly, he sent a reminder email concerning the tour the day before. He arrived on time, and was knowledgeable and personable. Everyone felt welcome and relaxed. Time just flew by and we were sorry when it ended! Both of us were impressed with Mike's ability... More
