Okay visit

It is okay, only took a few hours to look around. Not what we expected but still a few weird things inside to keep your attention for a while.

Maybe I'm showing my age, but this wasn't the spectacle I had envisioned it to be when I was 10 years old. There were some photo opportunities and there were a variety of categories and read to please someone. Not worth the price to be honest, and I wouldn't visit another one. I suspect they are all the same, bar... More

Of course the Dad doesn't want to do this with the 3 kids and wife, but it was enjoyable. We went on a Tuesday night around 6:00 and was clear. Lots of laughs. We used the Explorer Pass for this. It was worth the hour it took.

I must say I was creeped out by some of the stuff in here but it was also one of those places you should see at least once! Good way to spend an hour or two if you like to do something a bit different! An eye opener to say the least.. Some very interesting things an some very creepy... More

Ripleys rip off... Did not think this was worth the money... Have been to ripeys before elsewhere, and thought as this was New York, Times Square, there would be new, exciting, different things here... But there wasn't ... Did not feel i got my money's worth. If you are a first time - go for it, otherwise spend your thirty... More

Interesting place for teens and older. I wouldn't say it was a great place for little kids. Some part of this place is like a museum with reading at each exhibit. some are hands on. The cup the was from Titanic that was shrunk to the size of a thimble was interesting. See the tallest man ever and see how... More

Went late one evening ( 10:30 ) it was the perfect time to go. We were almost the only people there. It's a self guided tour which I liked as you could spend time at the things that interested you and skip the boring parts. There is really fascinating stuff there. It is quite small but jam packed with lots... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
