Dedicated to helping locals and visitors alike enjoy the unique wonders of New York City, Classic Harbor Line hopes for the privilege of escorting you on a relaxing, inspiring and breathtaking cruise through the waters we proudly call home. Our three classic yachts – the Schooner Adirondack and the Schooner America 2.0 (our sailboats), and the Luxury Yacht Manhattan (our motorized yacht) are reminiscent of the classic boats that cruised the NYC waters a hundred years ago.

My advice is to get to the Chelsea Pier with plenty of time because as the boat departs on schedule.

I ordered tickets for four of us on their 5:15 P.M. AIA Architectural Tour around the lower coast of Manhattan, Ellis and Liberty Islands, Brooklyn and Governor's Island. The information provided by the docent was fascinating and we learned much about what buildings were erected on landfill and which ones have caused controversy. The boat was beautiful, immaculate, and the... More

If you wish to learn more about NYC especially the architecture, history and changes over the years on a small boat this is the tour for you. Yes it is more expensive than Circleline and others but you will always have a good place to sit and relax, a grand view of the skyline and ask questions on a seemingly... More

What a great way to see the city! The complimentary beverage was a nice addition. Enjoyed having indoor seating out of the wind. We could still easily see all the sights from inside. Kyle our architectural narrator was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to. Would do this again!

My husband, 21 year old daughter and I took the 2 hour sunset cruise on the Schooner America. Fortunately, it was a beautiful, clear evening! Setting sail on this boat was beautiful. They turned the engine off and let the sails go--awesome! There were under 50 people on the boat, and no one felt scrunched in. There was plenty of... More

Getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relaxing on the water with amazing views was one of the best things we did in the city.

5 of us went on the cruise at 7pm on the America2 for my daughter's going away to college. The crew is relaxed, professional, very nice and helpful. it was a saké/sushi cruise. Very good food, and goes very well with the location and experience. They also offer cruises where you can bring your own food. Beautiful to see the... More

My husband and I took the complete AIA tour around Manhattan with a friend. Although the day was slightly blustery, the harbor views were amazing -- right up alongside the Statue of Liberty and other attractions. The architect onboard was delightful -- full of interesting information but not pedantic. We were not bored for a second. I am a native... More

First Class Operation! This was my favorite thing that I did in NYC this trip. The staff are responsive, efficient and friendly; it is the perfect amount of time out on the water and the views are unparalleled. I recommend the sunset cruise. It was absolutely stunning and you get to see the city by day, experience the sunset and... More

Awesome Sunset Cruise to the Statue of Liberty and back. Great staff. Highly recommend. Quiet and mellow. Not for you if you like loud and shouty tours. And it is a real sailboat which is stunning. Worth the time and the money.
