Owner description: A very unique experience that is different from most standard food tours. We are a true eating tour, not a sampling tour. You choose what you eat and how much. You'll see non-tourist neighborhoods in a relaxed manner while mingling with others from around the world in a larger group format. To experience a culture one must experience their cuisine and since New York is the world's melting pot its many cuisines is its shared culture. Food On Foot Tours takes visitors beyond the tourist attractions to the largest buffet in the world, New York. You'll see the neighborhoods where New Yorkers live and eat. You'll share our passion for all things New York and travel the way New Yorkers do, by subway and foot.TripAdvisor Award of Excellence Winner in 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014.

Corey took us to some great places to eat the food was well priced and tasty. Every stop we made gave us a great selection of foods we could pick from and they were good recommendations of what to try. I felt Corey was friendly and had a good taste of places to take us. If your a foodie its... More

We enjoyed this tour, but eating our way around a couple of small blocks on the Village Variety tour. The group was large and wait times were long. This tour would really work better with a group half the size. It was however nice to chat with fellow travellers whilst waiting and the relaxed pace was appreciated. Restaurant recommendations given... More

The tour is different than most other tours but it is really great. It offers you a lot of different food - there are recommendations what is considered the best but you always can choose which ones you want to buy. The guide is very friendly and offers a lot of helpful tips. There are many people on a tour... More

Food on Foot was one of the attractions available on our tourist pass and we decided to give it a try. Our tour had 4 savoury stops, and 2 sweet stops and were all great. All the stops were very well priced and by the end of the tour we were full! The other people on the tour were from... More

We read some of the reviews before we booked. And so we booked. Just out of curiosity I read the negative reviews of this tour before I wrote this......interesting. Yes, there are a few emails to navigate before turning up, and yes there is a condition on booking with the New York pass that you have to turn up or... More

This was my 5th trip to NYC and I always make it a must do to go on this great adventure. I have been on 4 of the tours (one of them twice) and each one has been terrific. Corey, the creator and CEO has been a terrific guide to some great stops. Never a disappointment. I highly recommend it... More

We booked the tour via our New York pass. If like good food, you will love these 3 hours. Corey is an excellent guide and shows you places, which you unlikely would explore by yourself. He managed our large group in an exceptional way. I won't spoil the surprise factor, therefore no details around the food. Don't eat before the... More
