My 21 year old daughter returned to NYC for the week and decided it would be fun to have pedicures at the "ultimate spa" Bliss in Soho. Afterall, why spend $40 (with tip) for a pedicure around the corner when you can spend $90 at Bliss. After being seated on the newly renovated pedicure bench, we found our legs couldn't... more

Some people just like to complain. On the other hand, I went in with my wife for a "Blissage 75", and it was the best massage of my life. I have had 100s of massages in the past (sort of addicted), and both my wife and I were nothing short of impressed. The facilities were brilliantly clean, and the staff... more

I had a gift certificate for $150 and decided to upgrade the ginger rub, $250.. what a waste! The whole experience was just not good. From the poor condition of the mens locker room/waiting area to the treatment itself, I give it a D overall. I was unimpressed with the masseur's lack of knowledge about the benefits of the ginger... more

BLISS SPA is the worst place that we ever been to. The operators were LOUSY the prices were HIGH and the services SUCKED. Sorry do not WASTE your time in the LOW END spa that is trying to PROJECT a high end image. And by the way, they use low end ingredients in their products and they charge a very... more

But this was my very first facial & although my Aesthetician was very honest with me , attentive,¬ @ all pushing me to upgrade my $280 steep clean facial. It wasnt a bad experience... more

I went to Bliss 57 with a friend for a relaxing girl's day. The facilities are very nice -- from the exlectronic lockers to the Havianas for your feet. When I was there (early October), the steam room and spa showers were broken, leaving only one shower for all of those women -- and it was partially broken too. The... more

I was disappointed with the triple oxygen facial. My favorite part of a facial is leaving with skin that feels smooth and new-I felt nothing of the sort. The extra arm, neck and foot massages were great-but I was there for a facial. I also don't appreciate the constant salemanship with more expensive treatments being recommended and products I don't... more

Went for their signature Blissage massage a couple of weeks ago. For a top-rated spa, the service was very disappointing. The front-desk personnel barely acknowledged the customers and were less than welcoming. The waiting room is austere and cold for sitting around in just a robe. The "hot" water for tea was barely warm. The steam shower has mostly cold... more

Well, I had $120 and a Metrocard stolen from my (locked) locker, so my spa experience was spoiled. The manager was polite on the phone when I called to complain, but ultimately offered no help. My aesthetician had tacked on two additional treatments, so I was already a bit miffed about money. I will go elsewhere next time. more
