Well, I had $120 and a Metrocard stolen from my (locked) locker, so my spa experience was spoiled. The manager was polite on the phone when I called to complain, but ultimately offered no help. My aesthetician had tacked on two additional treatments, so I was already a bit miffed about money. I will go elsewhere next time. more
