We booked a 6 hour private tour for our first day (and first trip) to New York and what a what a day we had. Greg met us at our hotel and within minutes it felt like he was one of the family. The first thing he did was take us to the subway to get a METROCARD and to... More

Our tour guide was Gregory; let me put this very simply - he was brilliant. If you want a 'real' tour that is honest, refreshing, passionate and leaves you wanting more then Gregory and this tour are for you. The tour starts off as interesting, different and entertaining and it gets better. We had five days in New York and... More

Our guide AB was excellent, funny and very informative. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York for the first time. AB taught us how to use the subway system, which was extremely useful for our stay. We covered a lot of Manhattan, discovered the history of the different boroughs and thoroughly enjoyed our day. I couldn't... More

This 6 hour walking tour was absolutely the highlight of our of trip! Seven women ranging in ages from 15 to 56 took to the streets of Manhattan with our FANTASTIC guide, David! We started out in mid-town, went on to Grand Central Terminal, took the subway to Chelsea, had lunch, walked the High Line, through the Meat Packing district,... More

My wife and I did the half Apple tour with Jimmy last week and it was awesome. Jimmy's knowledge of New Yorks history and current situation was great, don't think there was a question he couldn't answer. Highly recommended.

This walking tour was incredible! Our guide was Jimmy Napoli, a certified historian of early American history, author, contemporary commentator and stand-up comedian. His knowledge and humor made for a wonderful, interesting, exciting day, at the end of which my sister and I had learned so much, not just about the city, but about American history as well. The 6.5... More

What a fantastic tour - delivered by Trey with great candour and at a nice pace. Great way to learn about the key districts, quickly get a feel for the place, work out how to use the subway and with a bit of local chat too! Best to take at the start of any trip to NYC to help get... More

My husband and I were traveling to NJ for vacation and decided to stay over in NYC to break up the drive. We decided that a private walking tour of NYC would be just the thing! Our tour guide was Nathan and he met us at our hotel. After meeting him, we discussed where our route would take us, where... More

Great experience there were 3 of us, me, husband and 19 yr old son. I've been to NYC previously and visited the usual tourist spots. This tour gives you an insight to places you wouldn't normally think of checking out. Not sure if I would revisit the places again, due to time limitations, but my son found it beneficial as... Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
