What a rip-off!!!

Total waste of money, we were a group of 12 and went into a comedy club with illusion that we would laugh, well we did when we left as we couldn't believe they got the front to say comedy, The so called comedians seemed very unsure of themselves and there material was very poor, as everyone else has been saying... Our experience was excellent - both value for money and laugh value - but haven't given excellent rating because I'm aware some people paid more for same show. We bought our tickets from street vendor. He mentioned several 'famous' comedians who had been on at the Broadway Club but said that line up could be anyone. He explained 2 drink... More

We were walking in Times Square when a seller convinced us to get the tickets. 30$ tickets seemed quite cheap for a comedy club, so we thought we found a good deal. It was until the guy specified that we had to consume at least two drinks each! Arrived at the place and it was dodgy and not well looked... More

Some dude in Times Square was selling tickets for the show. He told us it was funny and we bought tickets for 20$ each. The comedians where different then he told us but still very funny

Not for families with younger children, some of the jokes are definitley intended for adults but many of the comdedians were excellent. Some just made you smile while others could make you laugh until you cried. I truely felt like I couldn't laugh any more by the time the show was over!

*** Hopefully this review spares people from wasting their money & valuable time in the city at the Broadway "Comedy" club ***. The face value of tickets was $30 each, the street vendor in Times Square sold me two for $40. As with a lot of the other reviews here, we were promised various high profile comedians etc would be... I only put 1 star because you can't go any lower. The vendors they employ selling the tickets on the walkways lied about the high profile comedians that I would see that night (the ones there were funny though) when I complained to the wait-staff he tried to argue and was aggressive with me to the point of a fellow... Me and my friend, who is actually going into the military soon, decided to go to New York City for the day, and it was pretty awesome but sadly this was majorly disappointing. We had walked to Times Square from the freedom tower and after a while we decided to talk to Tim, who was selling tickets to a comedy... More

Where to start....boyfriend and I really wanted to go to a comedy club in New York as was recommended to us by friends and on online sites for 'things to do'. We stayed in New York for three nights so our time there was precious. We bought the tickets in a hurry for the show on Tuesday 23rd June 2015.... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
