What a show! The stage was small, but the cast was superb. The show kept you engaged from start to finish, funny, sarcastic, "serious" if you're into the law. Access to the theatre was easy, staff were efficient, the only hiccup was the lack of enough toilets, especially at the interval, so go prepared

I saw "Chicago" on Broadway on Monday, June 8, 2015. It was a fantastic show! Brandy Norwood played a soulful Roxie, with the ever fabulous Terra C MacLeod as Velma Kelly. The entire ensemble played with so much energy! I first saw the show on St. Patrick's Day 2011. Since then, it's my favorite musical. I try to go to... More

Loved seeing Chicago again in NYC. The cast was great. The orchestra super. Brandy was special guest as Roxie and she sings awesome!

The music and dancing in this show is excellent. It has been running forever and a day on Broadway, but the cast was fabulous!

Do not misunderstand. It is a great show and the performances were great. Brandy was excellent as Roixe Hart. The problem is that once you has seen big productions like Wicked, Finding Neverland and Les Misérables it is tough to compare. The show is bare bones. The story is good and the dance and songs are catchy but it lacks... More

Great old-fashioned Broadway musical that still seems fresh!!! Go to the box office and ask about discounts to fit ANY budget or check out discounted tickets at TKTS (47th & Broadway). This is one of the most-entertaining shows on Broadway and well worth a visit!!!

With only 3 days in NYC we knew that we had to see a Broadway show. We waited in line at the TKTS stand in Time Square and got a discount price. What a treat to see Brandy perform as Roxie Hart. I was expecting a little more razzle dazzle however they stayed in the same all black attire -... More

Went to NYC over Memorial Day weekend and saw Chicago for the first time with a friend. We went to the matinee, so I wasn't expecting Brandy to be performing. But, she was! The cast, acting, and music was fantastic. We had a great time and the theater isn't too big so pretty much any seat was decent. The only... More

After seeing 4 musicals previously, Chicago rates the least investment in production. I was incredibly dissapointed considering this is the longest running musical in NYC. You would think they would put a bit more money into what the scenes look like or jass up the costumes or something! Overall it was true to the story and they put on a... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
