This was a very moving experience. We were with two guides for about an hour. We heard first hand experience from a survivor from the office block and a fireman. These guys gave you real heart wrenching stories told with sorrow, feeling and real understanding. Thank you Brian and Alf

Started off by meeting a lovely lady called Brenda, who informed us of all our options. We decided to take the tour with two people who were part of 9/11 on the day. They took us around the memorial waterfalls and the fire men's wall plaque. After the tour we were then able to look around the tribute centre which... More

The two memorial ponds... no words. A definite must see. We did not have time to go into the museum, but took the time to take in and absorb the magnitude of this site.

Having lived through this day, I found the exhibits to be compelling, dramatic, horrific, chilling, thought provoking, tear jerkers, sad, scary, and mindful -- just like the day itself. I have to admit I was unhappy to see a room devoted to al Quaeda and the terrorists responsible, as I would not give them any publicity or public consideration. I... More

This is a very thoughtful tribute to those who lost their lives on 9/11/01. Leave at least 2 -3 hours to see all of it

Includes supplemental items and info on more personal level. Off corner of Ground Zero, pass the infamous Firehouse 10 and support this private exhibit.

A wonderful tribute to the horrid event, the memorial has been very well thought through, a whole day is needed to visit. Make sure you use the New York pass to jump any lines

Two tour guides, who are volunteers, talk about the Twin Towers, the history, and their connection to it. In our tour, one mans wife died in The North Tower and the other was a witness to what happened. It was impressive. Note:this is NOT the museum and you do not get a ticket to see the museum. I would suggest... More

So thankful I took the tour and visited the museum on my recent visit to NYC. I had purchased tickets through Amazon local. It was confusing - the tickets were for the museum only. I paid an additional $5. per person when I arrived. It was well worth it as the tour was my favorite part of package. I could... More

Bought tickets online from The 911 Centre. Got there went straight to front of queue. You dont need to pay for special tour. You can do it yourself. Very somber feeling inside the Centre. Very informative Lots of memorabilia of the actual event. I was glad I did it.
