Things were beautifully presented and I hadn't prepared myself to be as emotional as it made me feel. Lots of artefacts found at the scene, quotes and film footage.

Construction around the area made this hard to locate. We had purchased the New York Pass, so admission was covered by that. We had already visited the 9/11 Memorial, which I found a bit disappointing. The Tribute Center features various artifacts associated with the events of 9/11/01 - parts of the aircraft, items found in the rubble, bits of the... More

I was looking forward to this visit via a Groupon purchased for 2 tickets @ $16. The place is small but my how much information is in there. It was well thought out and the 2 floors create even more interest. It is definitely worth the visit if only for remembering the history of attacks and appreciating even more, our... More

It's hard to put into words the importance of the 9/11 Tribute Centre. Please go. If you visit NYC this is a place not to be missed. Small, but filled with photos, information, personal stories, and footage that serve to mark this event which impacted so many families and 90 countries. Be prepared for a flood of emotion. Small, but nice place, 15$, 0$ with NY Pass, tells history of attacks on Twins, keeping memorabilia founded in ruins. Showing future of four Trade Centers.

This is, without a doubt, something that all citizens should be able to see. Very well done and will bring back all sorts of emotions. You are able to view many artifacts, see faces and the names of those on scene. You can not appreciate the site in a few hours. We had a guided tour and our guide was... More

Tribute center is very interesting yet so sad. My wife and I was very overwhelmed by the exhibits, quotes, videos, & sounds of survived victims or family members telling a story. There is a wall with every photo of the victims, it's just heart breaking. The center is small but enough to entertain us and an unforgettable experience. My wife... More

A beautiful, personal tribute to those lost and to those grieving. It is only small, but has detailed information and takes you through the awful attacks and the aftermath. Takes your breath away.

The information and artefacts on display really resonate with you. It is very sad to be in there but it is something that needs to be remembered. The pictures of the lost loved ones and notes to them on the back wall really hits home. I couldn't keep it together but there are plenty of boxes of tissues around. Really... More

We have a disabled child 2 years old, and she is in a wheel type stroller. Staff at the entrance told us that we are not allowed bring a wheel chair in side the building.
