The centre has a vast array of places to eat and to sit and relax. The square outside by the fountain is an excellent spot to sit and watch the people but the drinks and food are expensive. There is a pony head covered in flowers where the Christmas tree normally is. great pace as a base as you have... More

The Rockefeller Center has so much to offer from the NBC Experience Store, Promenade Shops which include the Lego store!! Under the center in the concourse there's a lot more shopping and places to eat. You can also go to observation deck or take a tour. And of course while in season there's the Christmas tree and ice skating!!

Breathtaking, Exciting, Awesome just some of the words I would use to describe seeing New York from the top of the Rockefeller Center. From every angle there is a view worth photographing. The views of Central Park are just amazing. Well worth a visit!

Rockefeller Center is a great place to visit while in Manhattan. It is especially great during christmas time when the giant christmas tree is lit up. It is truly a magnificent sight to see! I definetly recommend this one.

I took the Rockefeller tour. It was very interesting and learned quite a bit. Our tour guide Lindsay was very knowledgeable and knew all the questions to every questioned asked

I visited NYC in the summer, and this place is beautiful! Right now there's a big artistic plant form (looks like a pony head) filled with different flowers and plants in the center where they usually place the famous Xmas tree. You can't miss it!

The views from this place are amazing! Hardly any queuing, there are a few videos playing when you queue anyway which are interesting. The lift has a clear roof so you can see the lift shaft as you go up (or just look away if you find it scary)! There are 3 separate levels when you get to the top,... More

We followed an information leaflet which highlighted the art and architecture of the Rockerfeller Centre. The roof garden isn't open to the public but its a decent free 30-45 minute visit in the centre of Manhattan.

Down by 5th ave. you will encounter a barrage of high-rises, erected with much poise and majesty. It was breath taking and a little nerve racking (coming from a Northern Canadian boy who lives in a town with a population of 10,000 people, I'm sure you can deduce why :P). From a tourist stand-point, The Rockefeller Center offers great locations... More
