We had a nice visit in Rockefeller Center's Observation Desk last August. The staff was polite and we didn't need to queue. NYC was absolutely worth of seeing from the Observations Desk. more

If you want to see New York get up to the Top of the Rock. No queues and No wait with loads of different observation decks for one set price however sunset/sunrise is $2 more if you go up round these times.
