I was so looking forward to going to this classic store. I was so disappointed as I had been to the Toys R Us in Time Square the day before. My child is young so probably will return when she's bigger. I wouldn't say it's a must see.

Just your average toy store with really large price tags. I was expecting this toy wonderland and instead got a toy store. The employees were very unfriendly and obviously did not want to be working. I was hoping for a happy environment and instead came away wanting more -- a lot more.

We stopped by to check out all the neat items they had. They had a number of people showing off various products they had for sale. It would be hard not to find something for everyone. The store just keeps going and going and going! Kids will have a blast.

Had to go into this shop, it felt like you were being drawn in from the man on the door dressed as a toy soldier. I have never seen so many toys or gummy sweets as I did in here, didn't think you could get gummy sweets so BIG.

We booked this from the UK two weeks prior to our trip to New York and we are so glad we did. Our sons are 11 and 13 and they thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the tour. We were greeted by Soldier Steven who was a great character and a great ambassador for the store. We were made to feel... More

The original piano from "BIG" is gone, but still a lot of fun. My kids played chopsticks and it was great. Check out Zoltar and the Toy Soldier greeters as well.

I guess I expected more. Great toy store, huge, and lots of toys. I guess I expected bigger and maybe more exclusives and toys you couldn't find just anywhere. My 11 year loved it, so it was worth the trip.

The adult toy soldier greets you at the door! Then it's a fun visit when you go in. 2 floors and a basement full of toys and candy for all ages! So much fun!

We spent an hour walking around FAO Schwarz and checking out all the fun toys. There was nothing there that really screamed out "take me home" but it was fun to look.
