Other than TOTR and ESB, this is another awesome building that one cannot miss during the visit in NYC. I managed to get into the lobby to admire the mural on the ceiling but the security wouldn't allow us to take photos of it. There is a small counter inbetween the 2 lifts that is quite unique but easy to... More

This is my favorite building in New York to look at. At night or during the day, it is stunning. Take the time to walk through the lobby for a history lesson of the buildings. Access beyond the lobby is limited to employees and their visitors but the lobby is free for quick visit.

Like - The title says it all - a masterpiece of design that NY sadly never recreated. On the other hand though, the beauty of NY is that it's always reinventing itself. Dislike - unable to view inside. Location makes it difficult to get a good angle to photograph it's full glory.

Great history to the building, but in terms of View the Empire state building is better if more expensive.

Amazing building, outside and in. If you're a fan of art deco then you'll go nuts here! Absolutely stunning really.

This beautiful building can only really be appreciated from the outside. I did venture inside, however you are restricted to the entrance lobby. The lobby does have some beautiful art deco architectural elements and is beautifully finished in marble, however there isn't very much to see or do here. It's for this reason I've given it 4 out of 5.

As it is an icon, you should walk up to this building to see it up close. Unfortunately you cannot see it from the inside.

It's an iconic tower in the NYC skyline and, although you can just go into the Art Deco ground floor, the Chrysler building is worth a brief visit. I say brief because you are only allowed into the ground floor as this building functions as people's place of work.

The Chrysler is not a public building aside from the lobby/subway station. You can't get in, you can't go up, so why bother. Go to the Empire and get a better view.

Located a short distance from Grand Central Station and very well presented. We arrived just before 11am and there was very little queue. There is a nice video presentation before going up to the platform. It tells you the history of the building and the elevator hasa nice suprise when you get it. To be fair is provides you the...
