Saw several shows. Miss Saigon was every bit as good as a broadway play. Already planning to see more shows in 2015 when we return to flat rock.

During our recent visit to North Carolina, my husband and I purchased tickets to hear the music of James Bond. We highly recommend this playhouse as the performances were top notch. They have recently added an open bar serving beer and wine for your enjoyment. The ushers were very friendly and helpful. Since my husband is disabled, we are always... More

This was my first time seeing a production at Flat Rock Playhouse. I was visiting my mother who lives in Hendersonville, NC. I live in New York City and attend the theatre regularly, so my bar is set pretty high. For a fairly small theatre, this production was on point, tight, and extremely well performed and produced. I was quite... More

Conversation overheard at intermission: "What do you think of Miss Saigon?" Pause.. then answer... "Wonderful...every bit as good as the performance I saw on Broadway." And so it goes. This little theatre with a heart of gold knows how to put on a first-rate production and again it did not disappoint. I confess to being partial to musical theatre partly... More

The show was great! The grounds are lovely. Parking was a hot mess but, overall a suprise. Diamond in the rough.

Went and saw Miss Saigon with the family. The story could use a little help but the acting and props were amazing. Even my husband who was dragged to the play was impressed with the cast and the stage production. Can't say I would want to see Miss Saigon again but would definitely come back to this playhouse.

We saw Miss Saigon and acting was very good as compared to Broadway, etc. Seat are comfortable, but could use a little more slant for short people to see better.

We recently saw Boeing Boeing at the "downtown" Flat Rock Theater in Hendersonville and the show was hilarious. This location has a funky So Ho feel to it as compared to the rural setting of its sister location in the town of Flat Rock. But you cannot go wrong with either one as the talent is comparable to off Broadway... More

Our family went to the fabulous production of My Fair Lady, we all enjoyed it so much. This charming theatre in the quaint town of Flat Rock is outstanding. The cast was wonderful and my eleven year old granddaughter is still mimicking Eliza. Thanks for the great memories.
