I've been coming The Cape for 10 years, and have many annual staples: a trip to Nantucket or The Vineyard; Provincetown; The Doghouse, Wee Packet, and Sunday School in Dennisport; lobster rolls from Tugboats in Hyannis and Brax Landing in Harwich; Mayflower beach and Beachcomber beach and bar. But my favourite thing of all is the Wellfleet drive in. There... More

We took our 4 and 5 year olds so they could have a drive in experience, since these types of theatres are a dying breed. It was well worth it! We even used the old school speakers (and they still worked too!). We were near the front, since we had a minivan and we were all able to see the... More

The flea market was an eclectic mix of antiques, junk, Chinese junk as well as true artists. It was fun to walk around on a beautiful sunny day. There are bathrooms and a snack bar. I found the wandering experience very enjoyable.

Since it's been about 30 years since my last visit to a drive-in, it had to be done. My wife and I took our 11-year old daughter and my mother-in-law. Since we were in an SUV, our parking was limited to certain rows. I did pull up into the "sedan" row because the SUV next to us had a speaker... More

The welfleet drive in is an outstanding opportunity to spend some quite time with your family. With fair rates and a double feature opportunity you can watch 2 movies for one fee. Rates are cheaper than going to most cinemas and the concessions are also great! I had a wonderful and memorable visit!

We didn't make the drive-in this year, but we never miss the flea market. They have great fleas! Ha ha! There is an assortment of new merchandise, junk, antiques and a lot of arts and crafts. Something for everyone to check out.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible time at this old school drive-in. It says on the website that the old speakers don't work, but our worked perfectly! We ended up just turning off our radio because we preferred the imperfect crackling of the old speakers. There were definitely some bugs flying around so we had to wind up the... More

I think i really only go to the cape for the drive in. I was born in the 50's so the drive-ins are in my blood, really people how many drive-ins are left and if you don't know from drive-ins well this might be your only chance to find one again. Nothing better than a movie outside on a beautiful... More

We have been going there for many years, first with small children and now with grandchildren. It is always a fun family time, but don't forget the bug spray

If you're not from the US, you've probably only seen a drive-in movie theatre in old movies and newsreels. If you want to experience the genuine 1950's vibe, this is the place to visit. From the entrance booth to the genuine 1950's sound system, the place evokes a long gone era. Drive in, buy your popcorn, sit back and enjoy.... More
