Nice dining room with character, but practically empty on a peak season Thursday. More servers than guests. Dinner started off okay with good clam chowder, salad and mussel appetizer. Entrees were very disappointing. Bland scallops were okay, but hamburgers were inedible with meat on the verge of going bad. Much better choices abound.
