Lovely place- we've been going for decades. Paintings predominately, with a craft gallery behind. Quality pieces, not inexpensive.

As an avid fine crafts collector, I recognize the work of the artists included in this gallery. They have a shop in Wellfleet as well as one in Orleans and I try to visit both. The third location on Main Street in Wellfleet burned down recently and that is a real loss. It had a wonderful selection of craft jewelry... More

Beautiful art, great gifts, small parking out back. This is a destination spot! Priced for everyone's budget. Great variety of artists.

My wife and I have visited this gallery numerous times throughout the years and they are always featuring varied styles of art and artists. From high end to reasonably priced smaller pieces, there is truly something within everyone's reach if you find something to your liking. The Left Bank Gallery participates in the Saturday Night Summertime Gallery Crawl. This is... More

With Wellfleet now "The Gallery Town," on the Outer Cape, the search for the most interesting and promising places is underway by the summer crowd. The Left Bank is still one of the premier stops in the gallery tour. Their shop (the old Wellfleet skating rink) is large enough to hold some very interesting collections from local artists in the... We first visited The Left Bank Gallery more than five years ago and were eager to return. They sell fine varied paintings by well know and lesser know New England artists, beautiful pottery and sculptures and some furniture. Well worth a visit

This gallery has a great assortment of art from local artists. The art was not only a ton of paintings of boats and the ocean, which is sometimes all you get in a place like the Cape - I prefer the variety.

Let me start by saying that this is a beautiful gallery with a separate space for pottery, glass and cards but... You can feel the snobby attitude after a few minutes. There was an older lady at a desk near the front and she never said hello to anyone looking at the artwork. The back area overlooking the salt pond... More

This location and the Orleans location provide wonderful opportunities to both view and purchase art in the form of paintings, sculpture, pottery and glassworks, jewelry, leather goods, clothing, and more. I have never been disappointed when hunting here for gifts, and I usually end up with something special for myself, too!
