I am not really sure if you can call this a Tour....It was more like a bus ride with escort over the border. We were asked to be ready at 7.30am, the bus took us to the meeting point where we waited for ages and then were directed to another bus, I think we left there at about 9.30am. It's... More

I must disagree with the previous reviews. Our tour went smooth and was a great value. They picked us up at 8:00 a.m. at our hotel. We boarded another bus at the harbor and proceeded on a 4 hour tour. We added the harbor tour for $14 and this was definitely worth it. Had time for lunch in Old Town... More

I took the morning tour to Tijuana because "morning departure focuses more on the history and buildings of Tijuana" what a load of rubbish!!! We were dropped at a fence by a beach for 10 minutes and then abandoned in the town for 3 hours, absolutely no history or anything - don't bother, it was a complete waste of time... More

Really disappointed in San Diego four hours Grayline City tour. First of all, to be fair there was a parade going on on this particular day Dec 28, 2011. However that does not justify the bad service we've received on our trip. We called to make a reservation the day before and they told us to meet by The Bay... More

We bought the San Diego Go Card as it included a trip to Tijuana and a San Diego City trip. As a Brit I had seen the news about the violence in Mexico but having meet various Mexicans on the City Tram system who assured us that it wasn’t all that way. The Gray Line tour to Tijuana was our... More

We went on this tour today and it was definitely worth the money. The tour starts at 8:30 am and there is a shuttle service from most hotels in the area, we got picked up from our hotel at 7:15 am and brought to the harbor where we boarded the tour bus. Our guide, David, was HILARIOUS. There truly wasn't... More

Take this 4 hr tour when you first get to SanDiego. It was informative and our guide gave us good info that we used for all week. Our family thought it could have gone about 3 hours though.

We took the gray line tour of the city to get an idea of what we'd like to see later on our visit. Customer service was helpful, and the driver/guide was informative and added lots of humorous comments to keep things light. We could always hear what he was saying, the windows were large enough so we could see what... More

When planning our trip to San Diego, I was pleased to see this Tijuana day trip included on the San Diego Go Card. As a single woman travelling with two young girls, we wanted to make a quick trip into Mexico, and do it safely. The bus was an hour late picking us up at the hotel ( may have... More

Gray Line tours are often a great way to see a city in a short amount of time, so I have taken tours in several cities in the US over the years, however, I can NOT recommend the San Diego Gray Line tours. After a series of events that were reminiscent of a bad Laurel and Hardy movie (which included... More

As the manager of the Gray Line product in San Diego, you can imagine how surprised I was to hear your story. After looking into this complaint further it appears as though we had you reserved for a 7:50am pick-up directly in front of your hotel for your City Tour that was set to begin at 8:15am. The vehicle that... More
